On a personal note I find the people at Looksmart Alterations intimately understand the needs of the vertically challenged, which I tell you is no small matter. They do a super fast job (dropped off midday and got a text by 9am the next morning to notify me my jeans were ready) and even offer "half hour hemming" if you are in a real rush to get your party pants on! Whilst I admit I haven't had anything more complicated done, I have a couple of dressed I would like taken in so will be back to give them a try again!

One of them was grossly boot cut which Eugenio fixed up so I don't look like I came out of a 70s sitcom haha. Definitely will be going back to him. Yesterday I went to Lily's at 9.30am, dropped off a skirt with a hem to repair, a pair of pants with a waistband to repair, and a top to be taken in on the sides, sleeves and shoulders. I was given the price up-front. Not only was the total cost for this was only $35, I wasable to collect all these items, with works complete that afternoon. Amazing service, and the quality of the work was very high, and the price was unbelievable. Highly recommended.
