She has a super clean set up in a shop outside of her home, and it's got everything she needs to get the job done. She is also super knowledgeable when it comes to grooming and pet care which is obvious from visiting with her about her history and experience. Best of all was getting to stay and watch (and pet my dogs!) while she was grooming them. That made them so much calmer that I didn't just drop them off and leave them! I do highly recommend. You will probably see some tufts of dog hair on the floor. The shop is located in an older building near downtown. Sylvia's filing system is not automated, but she knows her customers and treats them well. She's the only groomer in town that I can recommend.
