After reading reviews and searching around, I decided to give Tailwaggers a try for my pups grooming. She has since been here twice. They were able to squeeze her in for a bath right before the holiday season. I texted for the appointment and they were prompt and polite! Walking into this pet salon is like no other. You're immediately greeted by the welcoming interior and the most courteous, friendly staff. My pup Winter is always so excited when we walk in. The boutique part of the salon has everything you can imagine for furry family members. My pups personal favorites are the gourmet cookies they sell in bulk. When I pick my pup up, she always smells so clean and fresh! She's her friendly self and happy as can be. She's never nervous or hesitant which tells me she's comfortable coming here and is treated well! Thank you Tailwaggers and we will see you again in March. read more

Very nice place to take your fur babies. . I picked up my fur son from his 2 month training and he needed a bath. I needed him to have one quickly. They couldn't get him in immediately; however he was able to be squeezed in, the following morning! OMGoodness.... I was so happy and excited they could work him in. They did a great job with him and they were pleased with his behavior to be so young. He looks intimidating, but he's so affectionate. . He got washed up, smelt amazing and he slept all the way home - 55 min drive. Yes, I will be back with my fur son soon. . Yes! I approve this location. read more

I have gone to Tailwaggers for years. At the end of 2024 they closed the shop and new management took over. I gave it a try and was not happy. I dropped my two dogs for grooming our large dog is a lab who has a bath, defur, nails and glands done. Our small dog is a yorkie that has it all done. They called me to pick them up, and said they were done. My son got there and was asked to pay and did he want to leave a 20 or 15 percent tip, before ever seeing our dogs. I feel like tips should never be asked for the a given by the quality of service. Well, our lab was wet 45mins after being told that they were done. Nails not clipped and not defurred. Our yorkies ears were not tipped, he was cut so poorly afer an hour at home trying make him look like a dog and not a wild thing. His nails were also not trimmed. Who know if his glads were done. On top of everything it was more money. I do not mind paying for the service if it is of good quality. I spoke with the person there and she said sorry. The owner called me back and said that she only had one groomer and the people working the front are young. I asked if the groomer was in training because of all the things were wrong. I was told no. Explaining to her that this is her bussiness and she should care how it was run, she gave me the excuse that Scott just left her in a bind. I was asked for shot reccords and pictures prior to coming and thought it would be fine. She offered some kind of discout for when I come back. I WILL NEVER BE BACK! This is to let Tailwaggers customers that this is not the quality of service that we are use to. Find someone else! read more

My daughter and I both take our dogs in to Tail Waggers and Scott is always extremely professional and friendly! Our pups are comfortable going, have never shown any sign of appreciation going back to the grooming area and always love coming home with bags of treats! Their establishment is always clean, stocked and well kept. No issues and will 100% remain a customer until my husband retires from the military. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I had a problem with a groomer and Scott accepted no responsibility for the unprofessional groomer and instead blamed my pet for the problem. No clue how to deal with the public (customers) and totally unprofessional. His "partner" was no better. I was warned about these clowns but, after reading some of these glowing reviews, decided to take a chance. Shame on me!! read more

Being that I love my dogs and i love supporting local businesses i am honestly disappointed in myself for not visiting this local business earlier. This place is beautiful, clean,and welcoming. the owner is pleasant to talk to and very informative on his products. They offer a variety of items from essential items like food and shampoo to blinged out leashes and holiday treats. The prices on their harnesses, collars, car seats etc are a little high (not ridiculously high) however, that's expected because it is a local business. We are camping in Biloxi and our dogs needed grooming. Checking on Yelp, i read reviews on Tail Waggers. It seems that they are very popular but i called and got in the next day. We could not be more pleased! Our doggos are both older and have been groomed many times but never this good. You can see from Missy's before picture, that she was REALLY shaggy. Lizzy was in molting mode, needing a bath and de-shedding. She's so poofy now! They both look so pretty and I know they'll sleep good tonight! Great local business for grooming or for your other pet needs. Highly recommend grooming here over a chain big box store. I have a geriatric rescue pup and don't trust just anyone to care for her since she gets pretty anxious with the grooming process. The groomers here do a wonderful job and are speedy so my dog isn't sitting a waiting area for too long before or after her groom. Everyone I have come into contact with at this business have been polite and professional and seem to really care about what they do. read more

Beautiful and clean store! Friendly and welcoming staff. We were able to schedule an appointment and get in a timely manner. I love the variety of treats available and I honestly think I was more excited about getting to choose from the buffet of treats for my pups than the dogs were themselves. We had both of our dogs groomed here for the first time and one of them received a haircut. Dash, who received the haircut, came out perfectly! We have tried 3 other groomers and no one has cut his hair to our liking except for Tail Waggers!! I am so satisfied with my visit and I WILL be back! My dogs look so clean and feel so soft. We just moved to the area and were a little nervous to pick a new place to have our beautiful 95 pound German Shepherd groomed. This store/groomer is EXCELLENT. Not only did they understand how to care for my pup and her undercoat, but they gave me good advice. The store is also very fun, lots of treats for your pet (homemade and specialty). I have been using this groomer for 3 years. Arrive this a.m. and groomer never even asked what I wanted. Pick up my two girls, we are snapped at to put on masks. My husband complains, but does no have medical so decline. They jump on my husband. I stated, we get it, he complied. Please get my girls. Oh, we don't want them here. We don't want you and your politics here (um, what politics????? We never mentioned politics!). I'm literally in tears, repeatedly asking for my two girls. They finally bring them to me, and CLAP as we leave because we must be Trump supporters since my husband didn't immediately put in a mask! Now, that was $100 we normally leave $30-40 as a tip and then buy $20 worth of treats. Just wow. read more

They did a great bath and trim on our pup. We were late arriving, but they were still able to accommodating our dog. He looked great when we picked him up. He was there a bit longer than I would like, but we were late so that may have added to delaying his groom. I love their store. Lots of beautiful items for pets. Definitely recommend. read more

I've been coming here for the past several months to get my pugs nail trims and have always been pleased with the service, environment, and staff interactions. Today I took the pugs in for a full grooming and they did a great job! Pugs seemed happy and looked very dapper The store also has a great selection of products for dogs, including a case with fun treats, which my pups loved. I bring my bigger breed dog here regularly to get bathed and trimmed. He always comes home looking and smelling great. Everyone there has been nice to me and my dog. And I always grab a bag of treats while I'm there. I pass a lot of other groomers on the way to Tailwaggers because of my consistent good experience.
