What kills me is that they say it's upscale, but it really is not, it's dark, and you can't find out about your dog during the day, no pictures like my last place, no way of knowing what's happening. And if that really is the owner at the front desk, then he needs a new line of work because neither people nor dogs are his thing.

My daschund (3years old) was attacked & killed by 2 dogs while in the play yard. Being a holiday, the 2 attacking dogs were boarders. I'm giving 1 star only because the owner has promised to make changes so that this never happens again. My point in posting this is to alert anyone considering boarding or daycare for their pet please do your research & make sure that there is adequate staffing & supervision for the animals & policies in place to prevent/ minimize incidents like this. It won't bring Finn back but if I can prevent this happening again, it will be a small measure of closure.
