They sprayed both sides of everyone else's car - but only sprayed one side of mine.. then the kids and I went to Urban Air and when we came out I noticed something was missing - my SHARK FIN (antenna). I went back to the car wash where they found it inside of it on the ground. When I asked what I could do about it I was routed to the sign that said "not responsible for antenna loss" to which I said "I'm fairly certain that doesn't apply to antenna that are SCREWED IN to the vehicle". He proceeded to call his manager whom, I was told, wouldn't be in until the following Monday. Why do they have teenagers working there without supervision from a manager? I informed the teenager that I live one hour from Conway and I couldn't come back on Monday. I left my name and number and was told the manager would call back. I never got a call back so I called on Wednesday, left a message and still no call back. I called corporate who told them they should have immediately had me fill out a damage claim and since they didn't they would have them call me about filling one out.. still have had no call back. I am HIGHLY disappointed and wouldn't suggest this. I am still attempting to get ahold of them to file this damage report. I refuse to pay almost $400 to repair something that their car wash broke. Save your money and frustration and go anywhere else.

My 2025 2500HD black truck, with less than 2,000 miles on it, had never been through a car…read morewash--until this incident. I took it through their wash, and it ended up with severe scratches. The pictures don't even do it justice. After exiting, I went to vacuum my truck and immediately noticed the damage. I called for a manager right away. When he arrived, he took a few photos and even admitted, "Yes, it did scratch your truck, and you can see the marks." I was told I'd get a call by Monday or Tuesday, but no one reached out--I had to follow up on Thursday. When I finally spoke with the manager, he backtracked, saying the pictures didn't look like damage caused by their car wash. I'm not asking for a full repaint--just for the scratches to be removed. But I already know that won't happen. Avoid this place at all costs! It even looks like someone else had their car scratched--I saw their pictures too.

I've used this car wash and car service provider for 20 years. For many years the first thing they…read moredid was vacuum the car. Fast forward to today's owner, not only do they charge a lot compared to other similar businesses, they charge you an extra $20 to vacuum the interior of the car, not including the trunk. BTW they don't tell you that when you "check-in" either. They wait until you are in the waiting room and then ask for the extra money. They charge a fee for hands on service but you don't get any. The last 2 times I was there I paid for detailing my car so I wasn't forewarned of the new fees. You're better off and will get a lot more service by going through an automatic wash. I certainly won't be going back.
