I purchased what I was told was a month long pass. While purchasing I asked the manager several times, this is just for one month, correct? It will not automatically renew? He said it would not. Lo and behold, it began to auto renew. I cannot get the charge off my statements. At first I thought fine, I'll just eat the cost & get car washes more often. Then the place started cutting hours. I used to get a wash after dropping my daughter off at school. Now it isn't even open in the morning. I cannot go get a car wash in the middle of the workday. Probably the worst car wash I've ever been to. Went with the 16$ option because I felt it'd help, but nope. My car was barely clean at all when I came out of the wash. I did a (x1000) better job with their washcloths and spray by the vacuum station. Save your money and wash your car yourself. I have called and left messages to receive call backs and filled out this form and nothing. Bought the monthly premium package for my vehicle this morning. As I watched the line of cars ahead of me get full scrub down with soap-filled brushes I believed I had made a solid purchase. However, when my car pulled up, apparently, one attendant felt it wasn't necessary to apply the sudsy brush. Th other attendant did apply the brush to my bumper and half of my windshield. I guess not being in a European sorority vehicle, the full service package doesn't apply to me or my pickup truck. read more

Overpriced, never cleans your car, half the vacuums don't work meaning the usable ones are always taken, and there's no way to leave the line meaning once you enter it, the only way out is through their crappy car wash. read more

Absolute worst car wash! Today I went to wash my car, and I bought the $15 package that included a tire wash as well. After I got out of the car wash, I went to the vacuums to vacuum my car and they barely worked. The vacuums had a weird shaped attachment that made it impossible to vacuum certain parts of the car. After attempting to vacuum, I went to look at the outside of my car and it was still dirty. Not one spect of dirt had been cleaned. My tires were still filthy. read more

This place is a joke. Paid $15 and multiple parts were still dirty. Bugs still on front, bird crap still on windshield, literal dirt still on the back, tires got no "shine." And the vacuums were just awful. it was more efficient for my to pick up pieces wuth my bare hands than it was to use the vacuums they had. The worst of the worst... I travel around the midsouth area and use various car washes. Living in the Oxford Mississippi area, this is the most convenient car wash. But it is awful! Garbage flowing out of the cans. Vacuum cleaners that hardly have any draw to them.. And employees that look like they could care less. To top it all off they just raised their prices. I went to this car wash for the second time. First time about 6 months ago all good. This time I had bugs on front of car and told the attendant before I entered the washer. They never washed the windshield or front of car. I mentioned to the drive thru person after completion of self vacuum I still had bugs on windshield and front of car and he told me to come back through again. I did and mentioned again to the guys at washer. This time they did move a brush once across the window. I came out on other side and bugs still on windshield and front of car. I left and got gas and cleaned the windshield myself. read more

The corporate side of this business is unprofessional, unorganized, and rude. They often do not return messages or phone calls in a timely manor, make billing errors, and speak down to their customers. The individuals that actually help you at the physical location are always helpful and polite. However I would avoid this business at all cost, it is run terribly!!! read more
