This rating is customer service bases. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but my experience at Take 5 Car Wash was disappointing enough to warrant one. From the moment I arrived, the employee I interacted with was noticeably rude and dismissive. I had a few basic questions about the wash options, and instead of helping, they responded with an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service matters, and there's no excuse for treating people poorly--especially when they're paying for a service. I left feeling frustrated and completely unvalued as a customer. read more

I was a regular. I was happy. I will give good reviews like everybody else until. Now listen up everybody because if they did it to me, they'll do it to you. I went through there with my car and my windshield was broken. I reported it I was asked to get estimates in at the end they really told me I was lying told me the car was that way before and then told me the was like that after. I would give this car wash no stars, but I got to give at least one for a rating. My husband just came back from washing the car. The back window still has the mud on it where my windshield wipers reach the point where it won't wipe off stuff it's filthy, and I noticed it cause I was trying to work on the scratch that the machine made on the driver side front quarter panel and I saw fingerprints on the outside of the windows on two sides is on the back windows where you would think the little brushes would reach and it's November 4, 2023 and my husband just came back like an hour ago, and this car is built the brushes are not reaching nothing on the car. They totally did not even touch the window on the back the back of the car , so scratching and missing places. This is a terrible place. We will not go there again. He paid $20 to get the car washed and all he did was get it damaged. I told him next time this happened we're just gonna call the police and file a claim because we got full coverage but there's no sense in us having to do that to get the car wash. those people need to spend money on equipment to keep their stuff up and running and have people look at the cars and see when they're not clean. I knew they scratch the cars because I heard that but now they're not even getting them clean on the outside don't go there if you have a nice car and want to keep it they will damage it and they won't clean it and I'll keep your money. read more

Poor customer service. Was charged 7 times for a monthly pass over a 5 day period. When contacting custom care located in Colorado was finally given a reimbursement for 4 of the charges and was told if I was unhappy with the results, to dispute it with my credit card company. Even after sending them picture of the overcharges and spending hours calling, the only explanation they could give me was there was an IT issue in Columbus Ohio. Never receive one phone call from the person assigned to resolve the issue which was supposed to be Liz. read more

So the car wash damaged my car and they said the damage was already there. (BIG LIE) In which it was not. The guy that was there that day told me that the whole right side wasn't even working that day (my thought was why operate it) and apparently it was working cause my tires were shined and that's where the damage happened. so they lied again. I knew I shouldn't have taken my beautiful car through that crappy car wash. Nicole the manager took 2 weeks to get back to me and me calling several times. I called their customer line and no one has gotten back to me yet. The car wash left soap on my car and didn't even dry. The problem with these car washed is that they don't invest back in to them to keep them well maintained and the workers there are just lazy and don't care about their job anyways. I had very low expectations with the outcome because that's how the world is these days. read more

To all my Rome People. I just want to caution you before you go to the Goo Goo Car Wash on N. Broad street... I went to wash my car off before I went out of town on June 26th and the employee that comes out to wash off the windshield banged his brush really hard on my windshield(no I don't think it was intentional) as he washed it off because he was angry about something. I filed a claim with the assistant manager(who was on duty at the time) and the site manager Nicole Brown completely lied to corporate about saying they did not cause the crack on my windshield(1st Pic)... It has now grown to across my windshield(2nd Pic)...it's very sad they won't take responsibility and has forced me into taking legal action. Please avoid this place at all cost because upper management has 0 integrity read more

I had a very good experience here. The vacuums worked well. I do like that they had a full service cleaning area although I did not use it. And they do have spray bottles to clean your windows with paper towels. read more

I have two monthly memberships at this car wash and I will be canceling both. This place is not what it once was since new ownership has taken over. The dryer barely dries anything off and they are skimping out in the amount of product they use to wash your car. The tire dressing is a joke and cannot even fully cover a 235/55/18 tire. read more

Hands down best car wash ever. I haven't washed my car in awhile and even with their basic wash my car was completely spotless. The tall guy with tattoos even offered to spray off my rubber mats for me. Definitely recommend. Great job guys! read more

I wanted to treat myself so I went to GooGoo car wash o, 3/13/2020 and paid $30 for the full service deal.. which included detail cleaning of the interior... I literally WASTED MY MONEY.. I ended up leaving there and going home and cleaning the dashboard.. windows in which they left streaks.. the carpet... and the doors... I will never recommend the full service option.. I was and still am paying for unlimited washes. They gave me a email address to contact owners about damage payment to restore to condition before the wash damaged it and to stop auto billing for washes. Have not heard a word and yet they drafted my CC again. The tell me at the locations that no one knows how to contact the owners. Use this place along with the other locations at your own risk. Goo-goO was bought out. They are THE WORST WASH now. They changed the equipment and everything is out of adjustment. I watched it dent a vehicle in front of mine and they told the guy " ohh well". The place is run by people that have no customer service whatsoever ever and all act like they hate working there. The screen when you pull up with or without a membership says " wait while your wash is being processed" and does nothing. You HAVE to touch the screen ( GENIUS!!) in order for anything to happen. Then even when you have a membership it asks to touch again. FANTASTIC! How many thousands of people drive through a day?! SO MUCH FOR BEING AUTOMATIC! By the way- the wash does NOT clean your car well and if you want it dry- good luck! You will have to wipe the entire vehicle down. This place has went to crap ever since the new owners. I am disappointed that they only offer window cleaner, the car wash I normally use offers a variety of cleaners and smell goods for your vehicle at the same price. Not sure I'll be using them again. The drive through car wash was mediocre as well. I still had to spot clean some areas. read more

I must rescind my previous two star rating. My broken tail light lens had to be fixed pronto, and I tired of trying and waiting to get an answer from Goo-Goo as to how they would help. So I called around, found a body shop with a price about $100 lower than the dealership price, and had it fixed--a 15 minute job. My insurance covered all but my deductible, leaving me with a still significant loss. Lo and behold, another manager called me to see what he could do. We had an amiable and constructive conversation, after which he mailed me a gift card for the amount of the deductible. Both of us found this an agreeable solution. So my wife and I will continue to use this car wash facility. read more

I moved to GA from Florida about six months ago and am used to tree pollen trying to take over my car. After the recent pollening and rain that followed, I brought my car in for a quick wash. Whatever was on my car had adhered to the paint and was not coming off. The manager allowed me to run my car through again, paying special attention to prescrubbing the aforementioned funk. After, it was still partially there. Toby, in the full service area, hand scrubbed the entire car to remove whatever was left. This is the second trip to GooGoo for me and the last! This is definitely the worst location I have ever been to. I've gotten a full service each time and they never even halfway vacuum out the car or wipe anything down. I actually had to finish everything myself and the three attendants went into the break room. If you're going to come here be sure to do the do it yourself because you will be doing it yourself anyway if you actually want it clean. This car wash is an absolute joke read more

Since new ownership its pretty apparent no one is managing the wash or the people. Have obviously cut back on soap and tire black. Last two times went thru in my gmc truck paying extra for under carriage clean the road grime on wheels and wheel wells were not impacted by cleaner or water pressure. I'm not talking about off road crap. I asked the shorter guy would he prespray those areas with water hose prior to entry in tunnel and he picked up hose and held it watching the truck entering the tunnel. If you can't adjust your automation you need to get better people or vice versa or both read more

Full service wash is a joke. They did not clean the Interior. And I mean even wipe the dust off the monitor. Left trash in sides of doors. Floor mats were cleaned but that's it. Dont waste your money. You will have to go home and clean the I side anyway. read more

I've had a terrible experience at the GG on North Broad which was resolved but this new location was really awesome. Pulled up to swipe my card and two really friendly guys were there waiting to help. I had a question and they were eager to help. After I went through my car wash I pulled in to vacuum. The vacuum was clogged and they could see I was struggling trying to figure it out. Without even having to look for help someone came over to offer assistance.
