The people working were rude. especially the woman manager working today. The back of my car was not cleaned after I went through the car wash went and asked if I could go through again after paying $16 for the wash was told that I should just get the membership. I replied with I live an hour and a half from them I don't need the membership and was told well that's why it's such a cheap price. Told her that I would call and let somebody know that I was very unsatisfied, and she started hollering out the number to me with a big grin on her face. read more

I went thru this car wash on my way out of town. After we finished the wash we pulled around to the vacuums. When I got out I noticed there was damage to the fin on top of the car. I immediately found the person in charge and explained what happened. Between calls to corporate headquarters and the on site manager we were not able to get anyone to help us. After 2 months we had to turn it over to my insurance to be fixed. Will not go back. read more

I purchased a one-year unlimited wash membership at this car wash a few months ago because I was consistently pleased with the service, vacuums, and detail center. However, over the past month or so, the quality has gone downhill significantly. The vacuums are almost always out of order, and the detail rags are consistently soaking wet and smell like mildew--definitely not something I want to use on my car. For over $200, I expected much better upkeep and service. It's incredibly frustrating to have paid for unlimited washes, only to find that essential services are unusable. Unless things improve, I won't be renewing my membership. read more

I paid $26 for the best car wash they had, My SUV still had dirt on it after the wash. Tire shine was not complete. I went to the entrance gate to get them to wash it again. I was told by the assistant manager they did not allow rewashes, "Corporate Policy" . I pass by a newer car wash on the way to this one, but in the future I will use the newer one. Very disappointed in the wash job and the response to my request for them to do the job correctly. read more

The carwash was terrible. It barely even cleaned my car. The vacuums did not even work. I had to move my car three different times to finally find a working vacuum. The staff also were not nice or friendly. I would not recommend wasting your money and time at this place. Do better. read more

I've been here twice. I've paid $25 each time and left with a dirty car. A third of the brushes didn't even work and the sprayers have minimal pressure. You can tell this facility is not properly cared for. One Sunday I pulled up at 5:45 and the girl told me they were closed as she was blocking the entrance but online it says 6. I've never had a pleasant experience here. Truly the worst car wash experience I've ever had. read more

Would not recommend although it is convenient considering they wipe down your interior as well as vacuum, I would say that the convenience is worth leaving with scratches on your exterior and a subpar cleaning. After noticing said scratches and poor exterior detail I reported these issues to the manager who decided to try to convince me that the scratches were there prior to arriving, when I know that it wasn't considering I just bought it two weeks prior to visiting this business. I usually wash and detail my own car. My usual car wash was closed, so I decided to try this goo-goo. I've had bad verbal reviews of this location but I decided to give it a chance . The wheels were not cleaned fully The tire shine was blotchy I still had debris through out my car with dust still in the back seat and carpet behind the passenger seat was messy There were water marks on my sun roof I tipped out the workers as usual but I honestly regret because of the lack of ethic , and having to retouch my car exterior AFTER paying 30 bucks for service, when I could have done it myself I do not reccomend this location . On the bright side , the cashier was nice , and I hope the owner tends on fixing this situation . read more

Haven't brought the mini van in for awhile but they were thorough and did a great job inside and out.

Used them again today, third time in a month . All three times my truck was left dirty. This time I called the manager offered to send him pictures of the truck after the wash . He said no thanks and showed no concern whatsoever . I suggested that after the cars come out of the wash he needs to have someone inspect them and he said he doesn't have time for that. Overall not very happy with a 30$ car wash. read more

I went to this car wash as I have for many years. I got the hand wax with wash. My truck is cleaner than when i brought it grant you, however, I had to come home and rewash and wax my truck because they didn't remove bugs prior to waxing. They didn't clean the mud flares at all. Very disappointed. I won't be back. Yes I did tell the guys doing the wax after finishing that i could still scrape bugs off the front of my hood. They said they don't do that. Slowest car wash,3 guys stand around and watch 2 guys vacuum cars,even if its not crowded, youll have a 20-30 min wait before car wash begins. People are friendly though. read more
