Awful! Do not come here at all. It used to be really good when they first opened, but I have seen a gradual decrease every time that I've gone there. Until this past time that I went and I had to go through the car wash three times and they still did not wash my tires or, nearly any of my cars still dirty? How is that even possible?!? And not to mention the "free vacuums", these used to be a great feature but now? They haven't been taken care of at all. They don't suck anything up at all! Now Tsunami Express....They are like the mafia...once you're in, you're in. Charged me twice in January and charged me again in February after I canceled my membership via their website. I have sent 3 messages with their contact us form on the website, called and left 2 messages (because nobody answers), and left my name and number with an employee at the location (because there is never a manager there) I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card. Just went through this car wash, amazing! Kind crew & helpful! Affordable & offers a $16 a month pass for unlimited numbers of washes. WoW! PLUS free vacuuming & cloths to wipe down interior with spray! Can't beat that! read more

We are not pleased. The towels they hand out are too far to reach, you have to get out to get one. We have the same hand print on the back that was there before the wash. Soap was left on the car after the wash and the dryer was not working. We bought the monthly pkg. but are not happy with the service. read more

When this wash opened as Dirt Busters it was very good. Since it opened, the car wash has been on a downward spiral. It has been over two years since all of the components of the wash have worked. Only one brush works properly on the passenger's side. Don't waste your time with customer service and it is impossible to find a contact number for the Driven Brands company. If I could leave NO stars I would!!! This car wash location damaged my vehicle during the staff pre-wash using a horse hair style brush in the middle of winter when there's salt and sand on my vehicle already! As a result I now have scratch marks around the entirety of my vehicle. At first when I spoke with the manager he seemed receptive and willing to help get a claim filed but now he won't answer or return any of my phone calls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! This used to be a good car wash. I paid for the $25 wash, and immediately washed it by hand once I got home because it looked so bad. The yellow "wax" they spray on the car was not rinsed off and my windows (and entire car) had a yellow haze that was turning my wash bucket water yellow at home. On 07/06/24 after being guided into the carwash, when I parked to detail it, I found the cover on the passenger mirror was missing. I immediately went in and formed the on-site manager. He came out took a picture found part of the cover. He couldn't fill out a form because he didn't know where they were. The general manager that I saw on Tuesday couldn't fill out a form or do it online. He said he would inform corporate. I called a few days later to find out he was let go along with the other manager. I have contacted customer service several times and was assured the district manager would contact me. So, ignoring me will be a minus for them, as I will cancel my membership. POOR company customer service. read more

My name is Timothy Hann. On, June 21, 2023, I visited Take 5 Car Wash #510, located at 1831 S. 3rd Street, Terre Haute, IN 47802. Dakota was the attendant at the kiosk. He told me about a promotion if I paid $25.00 for a Pro 5 Wash I would get a receipt with a code for a 2nd wash for free. He further advised there was no expiration date I could use this code anytime. Go forward to todays date, August 03, 2023. I attempted to use the free wash as mentioned above and was denied, kiosk indicated it was invalid. The attendant working took my receipt to discuss with "Tish" a new manager. He returned a short time later and advised Tish would not honor my receipt. He further stated Tish said it had an expiration date. Tish would not come out and discuss this matter with me.. The new attendant had to listen to me vent instead of the Manager, Tish!. Further, on the receipt there is no mention or indication of an expiration date and Tish was aware of this as well but would not honor the receipt. My wife pays for a monthly membership fee for her vehicle. She will be terminating her monthly membership today due to your Managers very poor communication skills, and the uncaring treatment of your customers. Let's not forget the fact Take 5 Car Wash will not honor a promotion that was paid for with no expiration date. read more

Worst car wash ever! This place opened under a different name a couple of years ago, and it was very good. It has a new name now, and it simply sucks. Im not sure they even use soap. Seriously, you see no suds and no soapy smell! My truck was dirty before the wash but looked ok. but after the wash, it was streaky and looked horrible. Also, the "free vacuums" don't suck! seriously, they are weak and a waste of time. Next time I'll go to another care wash or maybe pay a couple of kids on the corner to spit on my truck -- I'm sure it will look better than running through this "car wash". read more

I really wanted to like this place, seeing as they have free vacuums. When it originally opened, it was pretty decent. It seems that after this, when the new company took over, I would say 30% of the time the equipment is broken, the vacuums don't work, there is nothing available to clean the inside of your car, or I've had to go back through for a second wash because part of the conveyor broke down midway through. I think they need better leadership and probably an seeing, responsible adult always on the premises, as it always college age kids operating the facility without someone seemingly in charge. Whatever it is they are doing is not working from a business perspective and they have lost my service to crew car wash. I would not dare purchase a membership to the facility, as it's often closed during their opening hours due to some type of maintenance issue.
