Took my really dirty truck there. They do a great job. I went on to their web site to see if the pigeon found my vehicle. It had and I got a free wash. The staff are nice and friendly. I always check my truck to see if I lost any of my magnetic stick ons. Everything was ok. I will be back for sure read more

Showed up for a simple car wash for the use of the free vacuums . Ended buying the $21.00 car wash because I opted for the tire shine . After the wash and walking to ever bay I realized the vacuums were down. As I walked up to the front desk to ask for assistance I see the man working the desk was eating watching me roam around. I ask what's going on ? He informs me they're down for weather. Something about the duct being clogged . I ask if there's anything to do for me. His response was " they're free so we don't owe you anything " not wanting to argue I just walk away . Few things that could have changed my views on this experience . - put up a sign stating vacuums are down. Had I known that I have just gone next door and spent 5 dollars instead of 21 for self service bay. - instead of watching me walk to every bay at some point you think good customer service would dictate let the customer know what's going on . - Yes you're vacuums are free but your lying to yourself if you think that's not your driving motivator for customers picking this car wash over others . read more

the rinse is not working properly after the wash was finished my car still had soap on it. There was no final rinse.

Twice my van went through this car wash with their "deluxe" car wash. Both times, $25 later, there is still bug debris on my front bumper and windshield! Person in charge said there was nothing they could do... really??!! Isn't that the purpose of a car wash? read more

I wish I could give a zero star to this establishment and the employee that nearly costed my company to lose a business truck due to the negligence of the worker he told us he refilled our wiper fluid and our coolant and come to find out neither were done and the coolant nearly exploded due to extremely high pressures, extremely unacceptable and will never come there again or ever refer to anybody, screw this company!!!!.....manager is handling the situation read more

Is there an option for zero stars??? On Saturday, December 9. 2023, we stopped at the Take 5 car wash on Moore Avenue. What a nightmare this has turned into! We purchased the middle grade car wash and proceeded to the entry. Our car was motioned onto the conveyor belt and started thru the car wash...then it jerked and everything stopped. The rollers, the water, the soap, the car mover...everything. We sat there for several minutes wondering what to do next when my husband said, "we're about to get hit!" The truck behind us hit us and forced us the remainder of the way thru the wash. We both exited the car wash and parked over in the vacuum area to be met by the manager. He informed us they had a video of what happened and asked us to look over our car for damage. There were two scrapes of which he took photos and he filed an accident report. We were told we would be contacted on Monday with next steps. There has been zero communication with the corporate offices and when we pressed the manager for assistance, it was met with, "well I can email them again...." We now have to get our insurance company involved and following up on a Facebook entry I made about this...it appears that this treatment is typical of this company. So after this Yelp review, we will be contacting the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. All we asked is that they make us whole again with a vehicle without chipped paint and deep scratches. If I can make the strongest suggestion to anyone still reading....DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! read more

I have used this car wash numerous times for my Nissan Altima, Ford Mustang, Buick LeSabre, Dodge Ram 1500, and Corvette. I have used the basic wash and the upgraded washes as well. Today, 7-23-21, as I prepare for a 1400 mile road trip, I went by the carwash in my Dodge. As I attempt to order my basic wash to knock some of the dust and dirt off, I am told by the manager that the basic wash will not include a brush off prep of the front and back of my truck. That added service will cost another $8. I rolled up my window and left. First, the splash of soap by the attendant has always been done on prior washes at all levels. Second, if the left center of my tailgate is not hand washed by the attendant prior to the automated wash, the tailgate will have a 1-2' wide dirty spot. Third, if I wanted to be upsold on a carwash, I would go to a true full service carwash. That was my last trip to this carwash. They lost my business because the employee standing at the entrance to the automated wash will not throw some soap on the front and back of my truck. Stupid business decision as the employee is standing there all of the time anyway. STUPID, COSTLY BUSINESS DECISION ! ! ! Very disappointed... read more

First off i had a unlimited membership and CACELED IT !!The service has gone down hill from the first day! every time i go the employees seem less and less interested in what they are doing and fewer and fewer of them. next every time i have been lately the same brush has been broken .and the top brushes go from the front bumper to the rear of my truck and never touch the hood or the roof or the bedcover so they don't get cleaned! Then last week they were not open a couple of days and had bird stuff on my truck and had to go to a different car wash and pay my subscription price again or let paint sit till they opened again. So i finally had enough and canceled my subscription the didn't even respond to my request ! So its sad that something that's a good idea gets spoiled by bad service but that's the world we live in today!!!! read more

Very thorough and efficient car wash. As good as the wash was the real star of the show was Austin. He was standing outside at the monitor assisting customers select their order and process their payments with a level of customer service rarely seen today. After helping us he introduced himself as the manager and I was really blown away. Instead of hiding inside in a closet office playing on his phone he was out front leading by example at the first point of contact with the customer. Then as we were winding around towards the wash tunnel he ran over and started cleaning wheels himself to help the line keep moving! Bravo Austin! You're going to do big things young man. May your hard work, determination, customer service, and leadership skills soon get the attention of corporate so you can rapidly ascend the company ladder and help them become leaders of the industry. read more
