Overall, it was a decent car wash with minimal complaints and I thought the way the blowdryers specifically adjusted to your car's height was pretty cool. I paid $25 for the best wash they had and was slightly disappointed to see that there was still plenty of dirt on my tires and the back of my car, so next time I probably won't get the best and pay that much for it to miss so much. I signed up for a $10 monthly membership last month and found out today when I was charged for my membership I was charged $25 instead of the $10 I signed up for. Make sure to watch your bank statement very closely each month if you still choose to proceed with coming to this business. I called the phone number listed on their website, but a voicemail automatically comes on saying that they are busy and if you need help to send them an email I emailed them and I'm currently waiting on a response. This car wash is generally nice and clean and consistent. That said, how they handled me getting hit inside the car wash was a very unpleasant experience. I was hit from behind, scratches noted, etc. no injuries, fine. But the follow up? Totally lacking. We asked to be contacted, to be called, for further explanation of how this happened. Were sent a link of video footage from a phone number that could not be contacted in return. I'm 9 months pregnant, how hard is it for the MANAGER of a car wash who surely hears of a car accident on his property, to think "oh wow I should call that customer (WHO IS A MEMBER BY THE WAY) and make a quick call to say..." "Hi ma'am I hate that that happened to you, are you okay? Let me know if I can help with insurance claims at all, I know it wasn't our fault and we should have made more of an effort to hold back the customer who hit you. That's not acceptable that they drove off. Again, let me know how I can help with any insurance claims and thanks for being a member." I mean why is that so hard? I had to work by sending emails, calling multiple times to get a response from the assistant manager who had very little to offer. I requested someone higher up touch base w me. They did. I enjoy this car wash so much that I got the monthly membership and I'm so glad that I did. They always have microfiber cloths to dry your car off with for a lint free, shiny finish. These are also great for the spots that the car wash itself can't always reach such as the back window, right beneath the spoiler. I also like that they provide vacuums, the air blaster for your AC vents and all the crevices that get dusty so that you were able to get them really clean and that they provide members with glass cleaner and air freshening spray for your car. They do have detailing that you can pay for separately instead of doing it yourself and additional items that you can buy such as the tire shine but I really like that you can get everything in one place to keep your car looking great. read more

Great car washing facility. Came out squeaky clean after a deluxe wash. Employees were very tentative and offered help with drying remaining water drops and shine wheels for free. One employee noticed me scrubbing my wheels and asked if the wash was ok, I simply replied I wish it would have gotten the tires a bit better and the wheel wells more clean. He immediately offered to have me go through again so they can power wash the wheel wells and wheels. I made my way on a busy Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Donovan. He explain how the car wash worked and was even went on to explain their $25 monthly fee to have unlimited car washes. Went to the new location in Dallas. I have been a monthly member at WaveWash off Greenville/Mockingbird for about a year. Hello is closer to home so I was hoping to switch. I just got done. For $15 (middle price) the car was soaking wet after the air jets and the rims were dirty. The only positive is the conveyer belt - which is nice. Not worth switching...sadly See pic. For $15 this shouldn't look like this. For the middle of the road (I think $12) at WaveWash they are not left with brake dust after the wash. I've been coming here since they opened and it's progressively getting worse to the point that I find more quality and value in going to a manual car wash. 10 dollars if you want to use the "Free Vacuum" with wash. I dealt with the streaky lines on my car because I can wipe them off when drying but now there's still soap on my car when I pulled into vacuum. He also said I'd get a coupon for a free wash and that it would take 10 minutes because 4 people would be working on my truck. So, unfortunately I went for it. The outside detail was fine, but I learned that my $80 didn't include detailing and cleaning my interior. My interior was touched. Apparently $80 does not include the inside????
