He stated to me, policy is 100% satisfaction with in the limits of the wash. Still would ask the owner to post a phone number for support along with time of hours to call. The problem is that the bumper clip keeps popping off. Brought it back after 4 or 5 months and they did something to where it didn't come loose for about 4 or 5 months. Now it keeps popping off. Poor repair job at best. I would not recommend this shop for collision damages.
