Hello, I am tried simple cancelling my car wash subscription through the customer care email, but found out there is a $21+ fee to cancel. This amount is outrageous and nearly as much as the monthly subscription amount I'm paying for! Please explain why there is such a ridiculous fee (or a fee at all) to cancel a service that no longer serves a purpose for you. What is another option to cancel the subscription with less or no monetary requirement? I look forward to a sensible reply. read more

The Vacuum cleaners either don't work or have very little suction. The first roller caught my windshield wiper and bent the whole thing. Asked if they would pay for it and was told they are not responsible for damages. Wheel cleaner on right side scratched my rims and was told they are not responsible for damages. Going to change to Bennie's Car Wash next month. read more

RESPONSE TO OWNER BELOW: I've already reached out to the number provided below. As well as emailed with customer service. That number is what I have been using since the incident on Sept 12, and have still gotten no resolution or help. So please tell me who else to call. After a terrible experience and review on Google, I appreciated hearing from management and his/her want to rectify, so I decided to give the car wash another chance. Well, this time, my car was damaged in the wash. I understand things happen. But that was almost TWO months ago, and I cannot seem to get answers from anyone on fixing my car. The customer service line points me back to the manager, and the manager points me to their customer service line. Sadly it is to the point that legal is going to have to get involved. Arrived to only one lane open. Was behind someone trying to use her phone app to enter but had to wait almost 15 minutes while an attendant tried to help. Meanwhile vehicles started to arrive behind me. The attendant wouldn't open the other lane nor let the vehicle stopped ahead of me through to allow the several vehicles in line to proceed. Finally after going through the carwash I had to stop for the attendant to give me my change which wasn't given at the machine. I was never told 'thank you for your patience' or 'Sorry you had to wait'. I will never return and will be taking my business somewhere else not only less expensive, but with friendlier service and employees who know how to treat their customers. Poor management. site not always clean and running like it should. The manager (asm) doesn't appear to be the ASM. as he's only talking to others and not actually doing anything. he tried to force a membership on me even offered for me to buy it for a month and he'll cancel it right after. I'm tired of being harassed with the membership every time I come. I won't be back amd can't wait for bennys to open. read more

The vacuums SUCK. I tried a couple of different ones and they all weren't picking up ANYTHING. Also, the complimentary detail center had like 2 bottles that were close to empty and the towels were not clean. If there was a zero star option I would've chosen that. read more

The vacuum cleaners have tape around some of them. I did not enjoy the experience. Will try other car wash places.

Beware : this car wash will scratch your vehicle A LOT. There is a reputation around town that your vehicle will get scratched and they DO NOT LIKE TO PAY OUT VEHICLE CLAIMS. My side mirror was damaged in their car wash & I have been waiting 3 months for a response. The email address & phone number they have given me is no good and no one response! I have them the quote that asked for to have a estimate of how much it would be to fix my side mirror and told me I would have to be patient because there's 5 other damages claims before me! Time to seek legal assistance. I was promised a call that night after closing. My guess is Saturday has not ended yet. I called them on Sunday, but got no answer. Left voicemail twice and yet no answer. The Black man with the braids told me to "tape down your rack next time." NEXT TIME!!! SO YOUR FACILITY DAMAGRD MY VEHICLE AND YOU DISCUSS "NEXT TIME!" REALLY??? How presumptive of you. No apology, just expected me to move on, so he could do his job! This car wash has steadily gone down hill since the 5 bought it. The wash itself is poor at best and most of the vacuums don't work. The employees do not care and its only getting worse. Save your money and go somewhere else. I can't wait till Benny's opens up down the road read more
