They looked out the door many times, but never opened the door or told me anything. Waiting for 15 minutes for an oil change before they even open the door for you when they have a bay open ia terrible service!! I to report the incident and one of the guys that was looking out the window, but never bay door said they were busy with another. I told him usually I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes and they go ahead and wave you in and get you set up even if they have another car or else why have 2 bays? He was absolutely no help and offered no apology. I won't be going there again.

The guy that checked us in was very friendly, he always is, the young man that gets it started was…read moreok...the two guys at the end that are "wiping down the water", well let's just say that part didn't really happen!!! The one man, understandably couldn't reach very much of the hood but also didn't even bother to try to do anything to the sides!!! The other one could reach the hood but didn't bother to help the other guy out!! Now maybe they're not supposed to be wiping them down at all, but for the past 3 years my husband has had an account and it gets taken out every month and we gave ALWAYS gotten the vehicle wiped down like it was part of the package! The last 3-4 times they have done a very poor job, one time my husband even asked them to dry it better, this time they just dried half the hood, fixed the mirrors back walked to the back of the Tacoma and motioned for us to move on! It's gone drone extremely good to might as well let the rain wash it!!! This happened today about 11:45-12:00
