After we hopped back in our car, the check engine light came on, and my Ford Focus (2004 SE, 2.3L) was shuddering/jerking very strongly in idle and in drive. Fortunately, I've had this problem already occur in the past year -- so I knew that a different one of my cylinders was misfiring, and that I specifically needed another new ignition coil (I had paid $600 for parts+labor in West Los Angeles). I called a few auto shops within a mile radius. One said they were heavily backed up with other customers. One said they were booked for the rest of the week. Top Gun said they could look at the car immediately, and could definitely replace the ignition coil within an hour and for ~$300 if that was indeed the problem, so I rolled in. They let me sit with my two cats (in carriers) in the waiting room while they ran diagnostics. Came back maybe 15 minutes later, and told me I was right about the ignition coil. 45 minutes later, the job was done for $300, half the price I paid the first time in LA for a different coil, and we were back on the road for our adventure! I'm extremely grateful that we found them. Great service quality, price and speediness, and a very trustworthy, accommodating and friendly staff. I'd recommend any friend to their facility. She refused to provide insurance info and insisted I take it to a local body shop that was unable to repair our truck before we had to leave town. I calmly and clearly explained our situation without any cooperation from her. We ended up having to file a claim with our own insurance, paying our $500 deductible, to get the damage they caused repaired.

As it turns out, he was cleaning the camper right next to ours the following morning, so he scheduled us right afterward. It took about an hour to clean our 27 foot rig, he charges five dollars per foot and he did a wonderful job.
