Price has really increased over the last year. Even with military discount $128.00 is a lot more than I anticipated for 5 qts of oil and a filter. Last year it was $45.00 Had to wait about 30 minutes to get into stall behind 2 cars. Nobody offered to move us in order into the empty stalls. Just kind of a crap shoot where we ended up. No one offered me any water or moved me into a quicker stall. However, the young lady in the car next to mine was offered 2 bottles of water and her windows washed at the end of the service, no that were offered to me. This is a different operation than what I experienced a year ago. Then, the guys were more motivated and the manager was making sure ALL the customers were happy, not just young ladies by themselves. I drove across from the east side of Houma to the location on the westside because of the past customer service and price. My Chevy Silvrado is due an oil change. Therefore, I will go to the Walmart and get my oil done while I shop or go to any of other of the 4-5 oil change places in between. And don't tell me you hope I have a better expirence the next time I visit. Judging from the other reviews this I'm not the only customer treated poorly. read more

Jeeezus ! Should have turned around and left when the employee s couldn't give me a straight answer on the cost... I went in for an oil change on my 2016 diesel, when I asked about the price, the worker said... " Wellll, I can't really say, it varies...." !?!?!?!! I was in a time situation trying to leave for a driving trip to Florence Colorado so leaving was not much of an option. $248 later... I had gotten an oil change, and air filter check, that's it... I watched to see what service was being provided. I remember not so long ago, they checked, all the fluids, wipers, tire air pressure and gave you a bottle of water.. The service has really gone down here, but the prices don't reflect it..., I won't be returning. There's a small Mobile One shop less than a mile away that has done the full service and vacuumed the truck as well for $180. Do not go unless you have hours to waste...hours. I got here at 10:20 on a Wednesday expecting to beat the lunch "rush" and was told it would be an hour for the number of cars they had. I have an hour for lunch, so I said okay. Well an hour and a half later, I finally pulled into a bay and waited another 15 minutes before they started my oil change. Two hours for $100 oil change where they asked if I wanted the air in my tires checked, wiper fluid refilled and the alert reset in my car. They pretty much wanted to do the bare minimum. Long wait. Lack service attendant. Lack of knowledge when it came to final price. Tire pressure not checked. Windows not cleaned. After driving away, I checked the receipt. The attendant clicked that tires and windows were serviced. I won't go back there. Honesty and customer service should go hand in hand. read more

They should change their name to TAKE 90 !!! I got in line behind 5 vehicles to get my oil changed. They closed the first bay and are only using 2 bays. I get it .... They probably can't hire workers ... Like every business in town. I email President Biden and Governor Edwards EVERYDAY ... telling them to stop SNAP, unemployment, and housing assistance SO PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO GO TO WORK. This place is awesome! The gentleman who welcomed us was Logan. He was very welcoming, super professional and very very nice. You don't get service like this just anywhere. They gave us a bottle of water and a juice and snack to my little grandson too. All of the guys we're very nice. Definitely give this place a try! read more
