I have had both wellness visits with Dr. Rybak and have used their IV infusions on multiple occasions. During each visit with Dr. Rybak, I was presented with options that would address whatever my health or wellness needs were. I never felt pressure to purchase anything on the spot, I left feeling well informed and confident that I would be able to follow up after having some time to consider my options. I had a relaxing experience with the IV infusion, the room is cozy and chairs are so comfortable. I will definitely be back for more. Here's how it works at EHH:…read more You call and make an appointment for a new patient. They tell you the lab and appt fees. Fine. You have labs drawn on week one. You review the labs with the provider on week two. Fine. A salesperson then comes in immediately after the provider leaves, and attempts to sell you a subscription into their $1,000/year club, which essentially gives you the privilege of getting your meds filled at your own pharmacy. The alternative is to pay jacked-up prices and buy your meds from the clinic. It's completely unethical to withhold pricing structure information like this to new patients , and ONLY revealing the final cost after they are already on the hook for $200 in labs and $100 clinic fees. It makes me wonder what other information they are withholding. I can't do business with a place like this.

Got there and the girl at the front desk was super pleasant and very patient with me as I come in completely scatterbrained with my three year old in tow. Cindy, who took our vitals and prepped us for the appointment, was even better. So nice and great with my son. Made the process "fun" for him - that right there for the 5 stars off the bat. Gave us a juice and had snacks available as well. Then we saw the provider - I think Erin (I'll come back and update this if it's wrong, I'm still sick and don't feel like getting up to look at paperwork lol) Erin was wonderful. Listened to our issues and did an exam. Again, super wonderful with my son. On our way out, my son got stickers and a toy. They were all so friendly and caring. I will go back here for care. For sure.

I really like the Dr. and the Anesthesiologist and the pre-procedure nurses. Excellent care with…read morekindness. I really dislike the way the front office is run. Phone is not answered as often as it is. Often cannot leave a phone message. When you walk in, it says not to knock on the window, but instead fill out a slip, slide it under the window, and wait (often for a long time) with no acknowledgement. (They lost my slip once which cost me an hour of my life waiting.) You see the PA for pre-procedures and follow-ups which would not be necessary for routine tests that were completed with no symptoms, if they would just post results for tests onto a patient portal. Billing and insurance people are good, but they do not accept checks over like ~$200 (even for long time customers). And you have to pay a fee for using a cc.
