RSV, Pneumococcal, Pneumonia, and Covid-19 all had ties to completely destroying my life. From February until now it has been a severe test of mind, soul and hope to live. I'm also confused why they say they're open at 7am but wont even answer calls until 8:30. Mostly can only help with minor such as colds and flu's. So I don't know why it's called an urgent care at this point. The nurses and doctors are great there, but I would assume it's the way their healthcare system works.

I was seen by Dr. Parker who told me that even if there were no symptoms I would have to come back and be seen again in a few weeks. Well, of course I waited long than that for financial reasons. But it hasn't been more than a month since then. Today, I went into the office and told the lady at the front desk exactly what Dr. Parker told me. She gave me an attitude that made me feel like she doubted that Dr. Parker ever said these things to me. I insisted that he did indeed tell me to come back regardless of symptoms. She told me that if there weren't any then I shouldn't be seen. I left out of pure embarrassment. Now I'm afraid to do literally anything because it might set off another UTI. Today marks the last day I ever go to this immediate care facility. Thank goodness the other one is just down the road. I highly suggest you do the same and avoid this medical center.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend going here at all. Billing is a nightmare. I spent months dealing with mail from them: bills, refund checks, more bills, and nobody could tell me what the charges were for. It is apparently impossible for the desk staff to print out an itemized bill at the appointment, so I needed to call to have them mail it. After spending enormous amounts of time on the phone, several times, they finally sent me a sloppy copy of what had already been given to me at the office. Finally, months after thinking I was finished with them, they send me a "Final Notice" bill, threatening to send to collections. I'd already paid several bills, received refund checks, and then paid more bills, and then . . . .nothing . . . Until this. Ugh. And of course nobody can tell me what these new charges are for. Go somewhere else.

Our family moved 200 miles away and he remained my DR in my eyes or EYE ( my sight couldn't have been saved) he's simply the best . I was so scared and I remember this big man that was so gentle. After the trauma and being released from the hospital one of the first appointment to the office I was so scared of the nurse and wouldn't let her do her job DR. Ross came in personally and did everything and that's the way my appointments always went no nurse ....
