This place is located in a big complex. There is ample parking and it's easy to find. The chairs inside are a bit on the small side so had to wait outside. The waiting was long, but I guess expected for a office. We were told there would be no change for the visit so that was cool. After what seemed like an eternity, we went into a room, with like four people (I don't know why they need so many for a simple treatment?) but, I guess I was being used to train a new person. After a few rounds of calisthenics, I was told that they couldn't do what I came in for, and had an appointment for? Crazy right? 10 out of 10 would recommend! From the moment you walk in you feel wanted and welcome. Everyone is very knowledgeable and ready to help you. They all work as a team to ensure every patient is receiving quality care and results. After only a few weeks I have already seen improvements in my back and neck pain. As you can no doubt see, the snide, self-important, supercilious, insanely defensive, verbose (and largely inaccurate) response of this place confirms all that I said about it. To repeat a phrase that a lot of Yelpers use on here, "If I could give it zero stars, I would." I am a successful lawyer and business owner, as many of you know, and a professor. I have been to many medical clinics in my life, and have had some as clients. Nothing of what they profess to be the rules of the service we sought is correct. Nor are they legitimately presenting anything but a beauty spa to the public. At best, their presentation is confusing, at worst, it is fraudulent. This poseur below seems to think it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to get on the phone with them? First of all, I never received a call for them to "return." Second, I am a busy, bicoastal working professional who was TOLD that the visit was complimentary (spelled with an "i," by the way). Why should I have to call your "Billing" office to ask them to "work with me?" That's inane. A better idea: 1) Why didn't your office note that in the copious paperwork you took 2) why didn't you notice that after YOU SENT half a dozen collection letter to me. Let me put the question back to you: Couldn't YOU have just called and cleared it up with a simple phone call? And why pray tell, wouldnt you start your idiotic response with an APOLOGY at the inconvenience you caused, and the OBVIOUS mistake you made, instead of burying that in your invalid tirade at a "patient," who as it turns out, was at least, you cannot deny, CORRECT on that score-since billing is one of THE most important things to get right for a "medical facility." That ALONE is an epic fail without even getting into the charlatan and maudling outfit you have going there. But instead, as intelligent managers do on here, simply ask pardon for the mistake and pledge to do better training of the staff, etc, you double down on stupid and dont even tell me in your useless response, "Don't worry, I will make sure that you don't get billed further for this visit, and you can disregard the letters. And any reporting on your credit will be updated as being our error." Noooo, this place has the typical need by the mediocre, to be right. Even when they are wrong. The amount of delusions posing as corrections of my review are startling for not only its arrogance but lack of prudence. When I have seen clients and/or opposing parties like this, failing to act in good faith and with good business sense, I invariably know that they are not capable of learning from their mistakes. read more

Groupon, I love you. Thank you for setting me up with Sycamore Integrated Health. It's a bit early to say, but I do believe this relationship will last. I can't believe I've never heard or been into this place. I drive by it EVERY SINGLE DAY. But alas we've found each other. Granted, I've been here only once for a massage that I purchased on Groupon. But my whole experience was a big thumbs up! I was greeted by the receptionist who then gave me a clipboard with a health history questionnaire. It impressed me that the form was on a lamented sheet and I was given a dry erase marker to fill it out. Very green, very green. I had arrived early to my massage with Maddie and after filling out my form was delighted that she was able to take me early. The massage room was super cozy. Both rooms are nestled into a corner of their office so it feels like you're secluded from the rest of what's happening on their treatment floor. Maddie gave a fantastic massage. I would definitely be willing to pay the full price. The only drawbacks to this place are occasionally it can get noisy from what is going on out on the treatment floor. But I was too relaxed for it to really bother me too much. And I noticed that the lights in the treatment room would get dimmer and then get brighter at consistent intervals. Which was a little distracting. But overall a match made in heaven. read more

After attending a seminar offered dr. Zac on umbilical cord stem cell therapy I decided to go ahead and have the treatment done on both of my knees the science was great the testimonies after the seminar we're over the top so I put my faith in this and had it done yes it was expensive it was well worth it 15 minutes after this procedure I had no pain in my knees and it has been about 4 months now and I have no pain. I had so many issues when I started the sycamore integrated health I did not think they could help me at all it had taken 75 years to get in the shape I was in but I know now it is never to late. I went in to see Dr.Zac he did X-rays and told me he thought he could help me. I was ready to try any thing I knew my next step was a wheel chair because I could hardly do any thing and when I did I was in so much pain. you can not give up on them because you did not get that way over night they can not make it go away that soon either. I have degenerative scoliosis in the spine, neuropathy in my feet and legs, my knees were so bad I could hardly walk I had to do something. I went they started with the adjustments the exercise therapy that all helped so much and I could see and feel a difference right away.Dr Baxter started giving me the hyalean injections in my knees and it was unbelievable how much I have improved along with the adjustments, the exercise therapy and the injections worked great I could tell a difference right away and do so many things I have been unable to do for years. any one that had seen me before I went to sycamore integrated health and sees me now can not believe how much better I am doing. If it is only your knees that are bothering you I would definitely advise you to see Dr. Baxter for the injections it sure helped mine.
