They expanded their billing and seem to have no way of keeping track of payments. They are double billing people and refuse to fix it. Many of their clients are complaint of this issue. They are becoming less accommodating and the people that run their back office have the customers service skills of a pet rock. They keep repeating the same thing. They don't do what you ask. Their billing systems is screwed up and I would think twice before hiring them to care for your beloved pet. Maybe they are trying to recoup losses for covid 19.
