We peaked around the corner to see our dog being treated aggressively and poorly with a look of fear on her face. By the time we got her home, her eye swelled to the point where she could not open it. She was also gagging and choking from the intensity of the force on her neck from the collar during grooming. We took her to the emergency vet where she was found to have a corneal abrasion and some neck trauma. This visit alone costed over $400 not to mention the physical and emotional trauma our poor, sweet girl has suffered. We will never recommend or come back to this facility ever again.
