Since Casa de Adobe is a steak house, I had to try a steak. The ribeye was cooked to p(medium rare). My sides were green beans and a sweet potato. I avoid confrontation at all times but I couldn't help and voice out that I was upset one time when they made me wait 35 minutes for my order (on a to go order and I was waiting outside in my car). I was told they lost my ticket when someone opened the door and it flew out the window. She didn't apologize and sometimes that's literally all it takes, for me to see that they are sincere and sorry. Also stay away from the "enchiladas Americanas". They are nasty. I can't explain the taste, just trust me and don't order them. Stick to the tacos.
