I had two different resumes - completed very quickly. I e-mailed her back after I reviewed my resume. We then had a 45 minute follow-up phone call to discuss any changes. She made the changes and then I had my resume. Joyce is patient and understanding, yet she is firm if she believes that a resume should have a particular buzz word or layout.
