We ended up doing some serious window shopping and also got a very filling lunch here of tea, sandwiches, fruit, and kettle chips for about $55 after tax and tip. I could gush about how precious the whole place was, but if you have ever had afternoon tea in an old, historic home, then you get the idea. The menu has so many yummy options but we decided on getting tea and our own sandwich meal. I love sour cherry jam so I got the HammyJammy sandwich ($18) and my bf got a caprese sandwich with added chicken ($16 plus $4 for chicken) and we each got peach iced tea ($3). After about 15 minutes, our lovely server came back with the LARGEST PORTIONS EVER! Fortunately, we loved our food so having large portions of it made us both very happy campers. My ciabatta was fresh and crusty, the ham slices were thiccc, the bacon was fatty and salty, and the jam was generously applied. We also both recieved a good amount of fresh fruit and abive average kettle chips. Guys, the ham sandwich I got was so unbelievably good that I ate half there and then ate half very slowly at my home, enjoying every bite of the thiccccc ham, salty bacon, and generous swipe of sour cherry jam on the oversized ciabatta roll. My meal filled me up, of course, but I wish I would have ordered a half dozen more to eat for lunch every day this week. #soooobsessed. I can't think of anything negative to say. I really can't! While we didn't buy anything from the shop (I am trying to buy less stuff), we had a great time looking around, saw some fabulously unique items, and enjoyed a wonderful lunch together in a historic home. There are only a few tables outside and inside, not sure what big groups look like? Our server was great, as she verbally recited their fall menu - which I ended up getting their fall strawberry feta salad and soup combo! The salads are HUGE - safe to say I had a whole meal the next day! The sandwich and pasta side was enjoyed as well. The food here is spectacular. Definitely give it a shot, but know that there may be a wait due to the small size of the place.

I called to order what I believed would be a $55 bouquet, but my total unexpectedly came to $81 due to added same-day delivery/demand pricing that was never clearly disclosed on their website or Facebook page. Pricing transparency matters, and if costs increase for same-day orders or demand, that should be stated upfront rather than presented only at checkout. The ordering process itself was frustrating. I had to repeat myself multiple times and spell out nearly every word for the representative taking my order, yet the birthday card still had our names spelled incorrectly. After realizing the issues, I called back to verify the birthday card information and was told I would need to speak with the owner, who later returned my call. The owner offered only a $7.99 refund and provided no meaningful explanation beyond saying they "don't charge a surcharge," while also acknowledging that prices increase for demand and same-day delivery. Regardless of terminology, charging more for same-day service without clearly disclosing it in advertised pricing is misleading and creates the impression of false advertising. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and careless mistakes made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this florist based on my experience.

I requested an out of season flower to be added to a plant basket and she said they would do their best, so I chose another flower. To my delight and surprise, they added in the very special flower that meant a lot to the family because it was the favorite of the deceased. Although it was artificial, it was beautiful and meant SO much. Now, it will be a keepsake forever. Thanks to the team at Zelek's, a difficult day was made so much brighter! They even delivered to an area they usually do not deliver to. WHAT?! I would highly recommend this florist to my Ohio friends and I already have!! Thanks again!

I have NOT received the couch and after multiple phone calls to Kirkland's, nothing has happened. They WON'T allow you to speak w/a supervisor. And they have to send a 'message' to their Supervisor. I called back as the supervisor didn't reach out as they promised they would. (this is the 2nd time they told me a supervisor would call). No ONE has called. When I called back, they informed me a supervisor had NOT YET READ MY FILE. It honestly doesn't surprise me. I then asked for my money back. This is now January 14th. Their on line order states you will have your couch in 4-7 business days. You can do the math, November 30th to January 14th. What a surprise to find out they won't' allow you to speak to anyone in the refund department. They have to 'escalate' your call. (why wasn't my call escalated the first 8 times I called? Now I am at the mercy of the supervisor to review my file and contact Fed Ex. Oh yes, that is correct, they won't refund my money until they contact Fed Ex and they get their couch back. Does anyone see the crazy hamster wheel I am on? I urge you to NOT BUY FURNTURE THAT NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED FROM THEM.
