That was surprising to say the least. Guess it's still in demand. I like that they have some unique lamp and wall decorations here. I've also bought many gifts for some of my friends as well. My favorite time to visit the store is during the holidays, as some other decorative items are really unique.

Big competition to some of the funky frames I found at online retailers They have some big name designers brand too if you are in to those. The pricing is fantastic I got 2 frames w/o my insurance (EyeMed not approved at Costco) The total cost was less than 1 frame at my optometrist office with insurance!!! It's was nice. Then we got a hot dog combo cuz it was noon and we were hungry. Just know there is no one cleaning any tables. They were very dirty. As usual hot dog combo is great. We then went around looking for the few items we wanted to pick up. Navigating through a few hundred people. The layout is pretty standard. Samples guys and gals all around. They do try and keep the clothing area as neat as possible. However in this location there is a guy that folds clothes and he needs to take a shower. Every time I go and walk past him, he smells. It strong and someone should tell him. Everything else is pretty standard as Costco goes. Staff is nice. Products are well displayed. It's just crazy busy. So be aware if you come here. This plaza is close to Crocker Park mall in Westlake. I don't come to this shopping plaza often but I love Brassica alot and I wish there was a closer location to where I live. Brassica is a popular Mediterranean restaurant that opened in Columbus, Ohio in 2015 then opened in Cleveland (Shaker Heights) in 2019. They opened the Westlake location here at the West Bay Plaza in January 2024. I haven't explored the other businesses in the actual shopping plaza yet but it appears to be a decent shopping complex. They have a wax business, Sierra Trading Post (for clothes), Ulta beauty (makeup and skin care), a pilates studio, a vision center, etc. If you are shopping for clothing, you should visit Crocker Park mall. The West Bay Plaza doesn't have alot of clothing shopping options. Stores include Pearle Vision, T-Mobile, Pet Supplies Plus, Kirkland's, Ulta, Fresh Thyme grocery store, Homesense, and Sierra Trading Post. Restaurants include Chipotle, Jimmy John's, Arashi Japanese Steakhouse, Cafe Tandoor, and Brassica. Personal-care businesses include Salon Lofts, Tina's Nails, Sport Clips, Club Pilates, Spenga, Hand and Stone Massage, Club Champion, Drybar, and Waxxpot. This mall does not have much clothing, shoes, and accessories. (The Crocker Park mall across the street has those types of stores.) Nonetheless, this mall does have stores for other types of products, and I recommend it mostly for local residents.
