I'm honestly not sure where to begin. I'll try to be brief but if I go long, I apologize in advance. I've been suffering from low back and sciatica pain for almost the last 9 years. Originally pain would come / go, and back then it was maybe (5 out of 10) pain max. Then in the last 2 years it has become almost unbearable. (Dark thoughts unbearable). Iykyk. I lived at a 5-6 daily with sometimes constant weeks of 10+ pain. I'd tried the PT, I tried the Chiro, I tried the laundry list of Dr prescribed Meds (ie. Gabapentin, Meloxicam, too many others to list), I tried the shots in my spine, I was stretching for 45+ mins after waking and before bed, but I was not getting constant relief. I read a post one night in my neighborhoods FB group about Tali Acupuncture and hopeful but defeated I reached out to schedule an appointment (through the VA, forgot to mention I'm a disabled Vet). The process to get an appointment was smooth and I was scheduled. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I was in 9+ pain during my first visit. Amy was welcoming and greeted me as family when I checked in. I did my best to explain my pain history, but 9+ pain makes you erratic at times. Dr. Tali patiently listened and I truly felt like he heard me. After Day one I felt no real relief, but I was committed to this new process. Fast forward to 6-weeks of appointments later, and I honestly feel my smile coming back. I've experienced multiple days of 2-3 out of 10 pain. I'm not magically healed, but I'm grateful to feel hopeful again. If you are like me and have tried everything you can think of with no relief, I recommend you run, not walk, to try Dr. Tali's pain relief methods. The answering service is unable to answer questions or take messages. Dr. Tali told me there was an issue with my referral. I called the referral office, but they saw nothing wrong. I called his office 5 times. The first time, the service put me on hold, off and on for 6 minutes, I finally hung up. The next 4 times, I was able to leave a message, but got no reply back from Dr. Tali. I finally called the day before my appointment to cancel him as my acupuncturist. I'm sure I will find a competent doctor of acupuncture. I would leave a zero star if it were available. read more

Tali Chung is an absolute master of his craft. I have had 8 sessions with him and every time, he has been professional and very friendly and compassionate. Tali really knows his way around the human anatomy and the use of acupuncture. He checks in with you and observes and assesses your movement every time you walk in the office. He is a complete marksman with needles, hitting the exact points needed to help alleviate my pain. I leave the office feeling better each time. He gives you exercises to do like stretches so you are a part of your treatment team. He also offers, Chinese herbs and essential oils. The herbs he started me on have really helped! I wanted to share a six month update, as promised! I have continued to go in for accupuncture treatments regularly and I have been very happy with the results. My tennis and golfers elbow issues are almost fully resolved now. I did develop a trigger thumb about five months ago, which has been more difficult to address, but I continue to find the treatments helpful, particularly for the neck pain that is at the root of these concerns. I even tried a massage appointment once, and he has incredible knowledge of where to apply pressure and precisely how much. Amazing skills! Dr. Tali came all the way to Rowland Heights to see my husband,Who has been complaining of pains and aches for years,with a special night time appointment. After my recent surgery, my right arm has been in pain, and it is difficult to even take off my clothes. Acupuncturist Chang is a very patient, gentle, but also effective acupuncturist. Pay attension to detail and only prescribe what you needed. He is really good on taking pulse diagnostically and pain relief and pain treatment. Years ago, when I have unknown pain at my abdominal area, my doctor was doing all kinds of checks and thinking it was polypofintestine and performed outpatient surgery but the pain did not go away. Mr. Chang took my pulse diagnostically and confirmed that I had gallstones. And it was gallstone indeed and I would not need to suffer so many months and go through so many appointments if I have first consult with Acupuncturist Chang. After years of playing badminton actively, I often have sore Achilles and ankle. Sometimes the pain is terrible, and I can barely walk up stairs because flexing the ankle irritates the Achilles tendon.
