I called his office 5 times. The first time, the service put me on hold, off and on for 6 minutes, I finally hung up. The next 4 times, I was able to leave a message, but got no reply back from Dr. Tali. I finally called the day before my appointment to cancel him as my acupuncturist. I'm sure I will find a competent doctor of acupuncture. I would leave a zero star if it were available.

I'm honestly not sure where to begin. I'll try to be brief but if I go long, I apologize in…read moreadvance. I've been suffering from low back and sciatica pain for almost the last 9 years. Originally pain would come / go, and back then it was maybe (5 out of 10) pain max. Then in the last 2 years it has become almost unbearable. (Dark thoughts unbearable). Iykyk. I lived at a 5-6 daily with sometimes constant weeks of 10+ pain. I'd tried the PT, I tried the Chiro, I tried the laundry list of Dr prescribed Meds (ie. Gabapentin, Meloxicam, too many others to list), I tried the shots in my spine, I was stretching for 45+ mins after waking and before bed, but I was not getting constant relief. I read a post one night in my neighborhoods FB group about Tali Acupuncture and hopeful but defeated I reached out to schedule an appointment (through the VA, forgot to mention I'm a disabled Vet). The process to get an appointment was smooth and I was scheduled. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I was in 9+ pain during my first visit. Amy was welcoming and greeted me as family when I checked in. I did my best to explain my pain history, but 9+ pain makes you erratic at times. Dr. Tali patiently listened and I truly felt like he heard me. After Day one I felt no real relief, but I was committed to this new process. Fast forward to 6-weeks of appointments later, and I honestly feel my smile coming back. I've experienced multiple days of 2-3 out of 10 pain. I'm not magically healed, but I'm grateful to feel hopeful again. If you are like me and have tried everything you can think of with no relief, I recommend you run, not walk, to try Dr. Tali's pain relief methods. I truly hope you are able to find relief.

I have fibromyalgia, which is all-over pain, exhaustion, flu-like symptoms, etc. my primary care doctor, is also an acupuncturist, but due to the insurance rules, he can only be one thing to me and I prefer him as my PCP. My insurance pays for acupuncture, and my direction from my PCP was to ask the acupuncturist to balance my CHI. I've had acupuncture before, all but one other always worked on balancing my CHI, and that in turn helps me to be able to control all of my symptoms. This acupuncturist, however, did not seem to know what CHI was. She wouldn't talk about it, she just kept demanding. I tell her where my pain is. I would tell her it's all over and she would say I can't treat you all over. Which is BS, because all of my symptoms have been eradicated in one session with other acupuncturists. For example, Dr. Lee is fantastic, but he doesn't take my insurance. I think I'll be returning to him and just pay cash. This is my second really bad experience trying to find an acupuncturist who takes my insurance.

He is compassionate, intuitive to your body's signals, and has excellent bed side manner (I am 100% comfortable every time). He can read my body and tell me what issues I am experiencing before I even tell him. I explained to him that I had been experiencing Sciatica pain for the last 4-5 days and he treated that specifically. Well when I left I still had some pain (much less) then about 2 hours later I realized out of surprise that I had ZERO pain. The sciatica pain was gone! I've had massages, chiropractor, etc try to alleviate my sciatica and never has it been done so quickly. The cost for his service is more than fair and they do accept most insurances. The staff is always so so exceptionally nice! Be prepared for his schedule to be booked out too so get in and be patient for that first appointment. Well worth the wait. Cannot wait for my long term goals to be achieved. Feeling blessed in the meantime.

Michele at the front desk is amazing too. It's so relaxing in there, everyone is so nice. I can't say enough great things! Ps! Dr. Byron practices the Japanese style so the needles are super small and you can't even feel them. (Coming from a needle phobic that can't even get her blood drawn!)

I've been struggling with persistent pain in my scapula area, and in the past, I've had massages that left me bruised and sore for days. Leanna's approach was a breath of fresh air. Her technique was incredibly gentle yet remarkably efficient; she managed to resolve the pain and tingling in my shoulder without any of the typical discomfort. What I appreciated most was her holistic approach. She didn't just treat the symptoms--she provided me with specific stretches and posture adjustments to help prevent the pain from coming back. It feels like she truly cares about her clients' long-term well-being. I also attended a sound bath here, and the results were unexpected but amazing. I've dealt with chronic tooth pain for over a year, and while it isn't 100% gone, the relief after one session was significant. For the first time in a long time, I can actually chew comfortably on both sides of my mouth. If you're looking for a place that offers both physical relief and a peaceful environment to heal, you really should give Leanna a visit. Your body (and your teeth!) will thank you.
