We worked with both Amanda and Alli over four years, and my son made tremendous progress in his expressive language and speech pragmatics. The team is not only dedicated to making speech fun, but they attend regular workshops and conferences to keep at the cutting edge of new techniques and protocols, applying what works best for their little clients. We moved to the East Bay, or we'd still be with BASS. Fingers crossed that they open a location here!

I was turned off by that immediately. When we contacted Amanda I immediately felt comfortable and reassured that she was the best fit for us. There was no pressure or immediate schedule or routine because she really didn't know what he needed until she met him. She has a way with our son that not only makes him comfortable but makes his learning and therapy fun. Thanks to her he has come a long way in a short amount of time. She really cares about him and his progress and provides play activities that will best enhance his therapy sessions. Lj always looks forward to seeing her and playing with her, she really takes the time to get to know your child and helps establish a set goal. This is why we believe he is doing so well, she is really great and we highly recommend her!!!

Every session was completely play-based, engaging, and thoughtfully planned around Evan's interests. She always had new games, creative activities, and fun surprises that kept him excited to learn. What impressed me most was how Gina modeled everything for us as parents. We left every session with practical strategies we could use at home, and that made such a difference in Evan's progress. Gina is warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in every child she works with. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she has a special gift for making learning feel like play. We are so grateful for the impact she's had on Evan and our family. I recommend her wholeheartedly

She helped him pronounce tough sounding words and letters, and strengthened his overall expression skills. Her therapy was highly effective and equally as fun. Gina has a strong ability to connect with kids and understand every personality. We've seen her in a hospital setting and also had her come to our home for therapy. Gina is always professional and genuinely cares about treating children. What we appreciate the most from our experience with her was that after therapy ended, we were able to continue speech practice on our own and still apply some of her methods if needed. We highly recommend Gina!

His expressive speech has completely transformed and he really enjoys each session with his speech therapist (he adores her!!). As a parent, what I have so valued about Speech Inc is their thorough, data-driven recording of abilities and progress, and outlining of specific goals that we revisit quarterly. I was a little apprehensive of how engaged my son could be once we had to switch to virtual appointments but have been so impressed with how well his speech therapist has been able to keep him engaged and keep his progress steady. It will be a bittersweet day when he graduates soon!

We started with in office appointments which were great because they have tons of toys for the kids to play with while they're "working" on their speech. The parents usually are sat in the waiting area which is nice and airy. The views are pretty amazing since the office is on the 7th floor. I believe some parents may have left the waiting area to run errands but were always back before the children finished. So there's always that option. However, since the pandemic, offices are closed and we are doing our appointments virtually on Zoom. We are still having great success with progress. The sounds that my son had trouble making while saying certain words has greatly improved. Through Zoom, he was able to get the same help and learn even more words and progress in his journey. Currently our speech pathologist is Kristin. WE LOVE HER! She is super professional, very friendly, flexible and is an absolute sweetheart! She knows how to keep my son's attention and is always super patient with him. We've had office visits with her before the pandemic and even though I was not in the room with my son, I knew he had a great time because he'd be smiling ear to ear when he met me in the waiting area. So if you're looking for virtual appointments or (eventually) in-person appointments, I would definitely recommend Speech Inc.

Within the first two weeks we noticed an improvement! And family members stated that they could understand him better. The reason we are so thrilled with her services is that my son has developed a relationship with Cynthia. She is patient, proffesional, engaging, positive, and encouraging! (And physically gets down at eye level and works with him.) He looks forward to playing "word games with her and her toys"! One of her strongest points is that she really takes the time to teach you and keep you current on things she is working on so you can connect the home and school gap. For example; weekly word updates, teaching us the signs she is using for letters along with word sounds. She is very knowledgable and does an amazing job enganging the children while getting them to "work". Even my daughter loves her and usually has a bit of a fit when I take her out of the room so her brother can do his "word games". We are so thrilled and thankful to have Cynthia working with our son and family!
