We purchased a new home from Tallahassee Homes 3 years ago. Since our purchase we have had two issues brought to their attention. This company was responsive and continued to work with us until the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Porter Chandler, in particular, has been honest, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to buy another Tallahassee home. read more

I actually live in aspen runs 2 which is managed by the same office. I hate that I ever moved in…read morethis place. They dont care about what ppl are going through with their broke down apartments. My air conditioner has been out for 2 weeks back and fourth and all they do is rig it to work then the next day it's out again. They will lie to you right in your face about everything. I pay 1500 and always on time I shouldn't have to deal with this. I wouldn't recommend this to nobody.
