When amounts have commas in it I like to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. Ryan comes over I explain the situation I was having. He went through what he would look for and why he was doing it. It took him 3 seconds to find an issue with plumbing work I already had done. The brand new pipe that the other company had installed was not even attached!! He told me to call them up and I did. I was Out of my element with this request!! Well truth be told I was scared because they see people who don't know anything About plumbing a mile away!! Same way at the car dealership when you get your car worked on!! Ryan took over like we were family. He told them they had to make it right. He said you could see the pipe was not attached and you just left it. He handled them like a pro. Actually thought I was watching a superhero movie!! I was the damsel in distress and Ryan was Spider-man!!! He did not have to do that, he explained to them how to fix it the right way!!!! Then here comes Scott!! This man right here is AMAZING!! He watched them work, checked there work before they left to make sure they did it correctly. He is a wizard. He spoke to me like I did not deal with plumbing on an everyday basis . He broke it down, where I could understand what was going on!! He also made sure that I did not pay for service to be done right! He used the camera, showed me the problem!! He did not try to sell me anything. Gave me cheeper options and also said if I did not choose the company that's fine, he said that I could call him to inspect the work when it was done!! He just wanted to make sure that the problem was taken care of and I was treated like family!! I felt like they cared, I felt like they wanted to make sure the problem was fixed and I was happy weather I went with them or not!! I will tell you right now Scott should be over other worker bees. His knowledge and the way he speaks to you so that you understand exactly what's going on was amazing!! I will tell you right now if you go dollar general and buy a washcloth and it breaks down in a month or so then you have to go buy another, but if you spent a little more and bought a better washcloth and it lasts for years, you got your money's worth. I feel like every penny I spent today was worth it!!! Since they left I made sure that 15 people so far had there number. If you are thinking about this company you will not be sorry!!! I have not been so satisfied where I have given this big of a compliment in over 10 years!! Call them for your needs you will not be sorry. Also, I called the owner to tell him about the worker bees, he was so delightful. This company is amazing!! I will be telling everyone about my experience!! Also, for all you single ladies, older ladies this is the company you want. They don't lie, they are not trying to up-sale you, They definitely are trying to make sure your problem is fixed and done right!! Scott and Ryan are amazing I mean it!! When I talked to the boss, I got the same vibe!! If Scott is reading this I wish more people were like you. It was amazing how well you talked to me. And it's not encouraging when you call a plumber and he tells you some part to buy before he will work on it. Never the case with Doug. He installed a new drop in sink for us back in January as well as a filtration faucet and a main kitchen faucet. Good communication throughout his process and if he needed an extra part, he would give us a heads up ahead of time. Recently, our main faucet had begun leaking and flooded our countertops and under sink. Wenger plumbing helped us diagnose the problem and they took care of it within a timely manner despite their swamped schedules. Very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company. I went out to take a picture of how deep it was and was told the porch was compromised since they had removed dirt from under wooden porch. So they took a picture. They finished, said they would be back to smooth the huge pile of dirt out and put grass seed down. The biggest thing is they didn't put much dirt back under the wooden porch. Is it still compromised? Could very well be. They refuse to come back and finish the job. They certainly don't follow thru but were very thorough about making sure they get paid. Find someone else!
