He checked in with the city due to a easement on my property and got me the details of how it would/could impact the location of the fencing. They are extremely busy, so we had to wait about 5 weeks from estimate to install, but I would do it over again after seeing the results. The crew that came out to install the fence were courteous and very tolerant when it came to having a 2 year old and 4 year old watching them nearly the entire time. The finished result couldn't have been better. They put the fence exactly where I flagged it out. The materials look great and all the lines ended up very straight. I really can't find a thing they could have done better. If you need fencing American Fence Company is the way to go, and they were definitely worth the wait.

Disappointing! Unkind communication and poor quality work. They did not want to schedule when we…read morewere able to be home. After they did the work, we had to have them back to fix unlevel gapped connections that looked cheap and horrible. They stated 'that's just how it is', so we sent them an explanation on how it should be with pictures. We told them we didn't feel good sending our remaining payment until the job was done correctly, so they finally came back to fix the problem that was visual at eye level and would have presented rust in the future and looked terrible. They were inconsiderate to dump their unused concrete in a pile that resulted in a hard mess in our yard. Hard to believe the other high rated reviews are real.

Horrible owner yelled at me because he temporarily set gates at ground level in freezing weather so…read moreI could not open nor close gates, he came to chip away and when I came out (because they NEVER had the courtesy to knock nor make appointments as requested) is when he yelled "this is the only time we will do this" so much went wrong with this job. From them putting in defective/broken parts, to putting the gates in backwards and at the wrong height, all the fence parts scratched from them tossing them on the ground not neatly stacking. Installers, one old guy one young guy were not experienced and were rude, old guy peeing in my yard knowing I had a small dog. I paid $8,000 for 164' of vinyl fence, so I had every right to speak up when they installed three broken posts. The old guy just wanted to "fix" them, that couldn't be done. Then they get rude because I'm advocating for myself. I see many others had bad experiences with this company as well. As time has gone on I find more and more things wrong, like in the photo the panels not being cut to fit and now gapping. I'm thinking of having their company sign made to hang with a line through it! Why can't people just do the right thing?

One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.
