I called the company not knowing what to expect, with many questions, etc. Jessica answered the phone and put the customer back in customer service! She was not only friendly, but patient and knowledgeable about the whole process. She got my scheduled quickly and then the next day a friendly gentlemen (didn't catch his name) showed up and set me right up. Once the bag was full, I called back and Jessica schedule the next available pick up. The whole experience was so awesome, I ordered a second one. Anyway, several days later the first bag was picked up and the second one set up. The pickup was done by the owner and he was very friendly as well! Bottom line: I highly recommend this service, great product, local company, friendly staff, reliable service. If you need to clear some space and get rid of a lot of stuff, this is a great company.

In that one week, due to moving and working, we only filled half of it. I emailed the company at 5:11pm the day before pick up and asked for the full 10 day rental. I gave them plenty of time to see an e-mail and respond to it, they chose not to. I find All Service Rolloff to be a Dishonest company and poor customer service skills. The website clearly states, Rental Time Up to 10 Days Additional Days: $10/day Extra Weight: $89/ton I was within the 10 days and was more than happy to pay the extra fee. I would suggest looking for a company that communicates, follows their own policies and checks e-mail. I now have to pay another $500 for another dumpster and hope they are a more honest and communicative business.

As I waited for a call back (there is a high demand for professional carpet cleaning companies in my area and in the fall prior to winter) I continued my research and saw that they had received several 5 Star Google reviews. They returned my call within minutes, and we spoke about an estimate and cleaning. During our conversation we talked about pets, and they asked if our dogs could be separated from the carpet which needed to be cleaned. For both protection (all of us) and so they didn't get in the way. I admired that they had put the thought into this question and respectively asked for permission beforehand. I made an appointment and could be seen within the week. Chris showed up and I have to say he did a fantastic job. I thought for sure the carpet would need to be replaced due to heavy traffic but he was able to clean it so nobody could see what it had looked like previously. Even the dogs!! My husband said it should've been done years ago. Chris kept up a friendly banter and I feel that I got to know him well and we parted as friends.
