Forever Exteriors bailed me out twice…read more.. They came out to give me an estimate and at no charge found a major leak in my roof and temporary repaired it and stopped it at no charge!! They went the extra mile unexpected when no one else did. Before they showed up it was very difficult to find anyone in northern Wisconsin to replace my roof on my home and my garage. Many contractors don't respond or very unreliable or little experience. Thier estimator was extremely personable and professional and was also the project manager which was easy to gain trust. Their proposal was very professional and took into account variables to be very reliable without hidden surprises. They beat the competition and with going the extra mile to temp repair my roof became an easy decision. The proposed date of work and completion promised became reality. Which is very hard to trust and find in northern Wisconsin. As an engineer, and managed many construction projects in my career, Forever Exteriors is a quality company that will give you a quality project within and affordable budget and on time. Craig and his team just put a metal roof on our house, did a great job…read more Craig is responsive, always calling back quickly to answer questions, quotes came fast and he was knowledgeable about the various kinds of roofing materials available. He was very flexible as we changed our minds once and was able to provide a new quote quickly. Once we committed to getting the work done, he was again very responsive, with the work being completed within a couple weeks of the time we decided what to do. While they were here, they also fixed a problem with one of our gutters, and last fall they were on-site the same day we had a problem with our old shingles blowing loose in a wind storm. One of the ways I evaluate any person I do business with is what they do when there is a problem; we had a an unanticipated issue with a snow storm with very high winds getting some snow into our attic while the project was underway and Craig and his team were again, responsive, helpful and dealt with the issue with no conflict or hassle for us. Craig was recommended to us by a friend, who made the comment that "This guy just gets stuff done!" and I agree with that. I have no problem making very positive recommendation for Craig and his team at Champion.

We hired Pristine Pro to clean our windows. The bid seemed high but they said it included cleaning…read morescreens and sills. In addition to our exte windows they were also cleaning the class on our french doors and lighted cabinets, and vacuuming our interior soffit. Mixed result. Everyone was very nice and polite and the basic window cleaning was great. However, the crew was young and didn't seem to have a clear plan on who was doing what which is possibly why things were not done. Attention to detail was lacking. Several sills were not wiped at all including a couple where there were even dead flies left behind. One of the glass cabinets was completely missed. Furniture that was moved to access the glass was not put back. There was even a disagreement between two of the workers with one suggesting the other was just standing around. Kind of felt they didn't care so much about the quality of their work and there was obvious no checks done to make sure everything had been done much less done well. I reached out via email including attaching photos but received no response. Invoice was sent via email 10 days later with no reflection of adjustment for missed work. Would'nt hire them again.

We hired Pristine pros to power wash our siding and clean the windows of our home. The staff were…read morevery friendly and did a good job but damaged two screens on our windows putting them back up and stripped the stain off of our cedar shakes. They took the screens to have them repaired and stated they would bring them back in a week. Two months later still no screens and they have not been out to restrain the affected shakes! I have made several attempts to contact them by phone and by email with no success! At this point I just what my damaged screens back or pay for replacements as replacements are not cheap! Since they haven't responded to any of my attempts I am not very hopeful this will be resolve. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service! I would not recommend them.
