I live in Chicago, but planned a wedding in Omaha, Nebraska. From our initial phone conversation, I felt immediately relaxed. Royce joked with me and let me ask as many questions as I wanted without making me feel like I was being a crazy bride. She also followed up with emails as the wedding got closer. Two-three weeks before the wedding, I was in town and asked if Royce would mind if I stopped to by to actually meet her in person. Even though it was last minute on a Saturday and she had a wedding to photograph that afternoon, she still carved out time in her day to meet with me and my fiance. The Big Day finally came and looking back, I can't imagine having any other photographer next to my side the entire day. We booked the "all day package" and it was totally worth it. Royce showed up at the hair salon before we did and immediately settled in with me and my bridesmaids. She is so incredibly laid back and wonderful- she fit right in to our little group and by the end of the night, I actually was sad she she had to leave! The next morning, my sister and I joked that we wanted to be her friend in real life. She was that cool. We just got our photos back (almost 900 photos in a two week turnaround!) and they are AMAZING! I posted a couple here so you could see her work. Royce is such an amazing photographer and I cannot imagine having a better experience with any other photographer (I know I already said that but it's something worth repeating). She made me and my fiance feel like we were the most important people- there was none of that superior feeling I felt with other photographers. Your wedding day is one of the most special and intimate days of your life- be sure to pick a photographer who not only recognizes that but highlights it! Last note: Royce's prices are unbelievably low. In a couple of years, I wouldn't doubt that people are paying twice what I did to have her book their weddings! Get her while you can!

Voila, there was Royce. She has a way of making everybody feel comfortable as she's shooting. It's very clear that she's a people person who loves her job. I think my fiance and I were laughing throughout the duration of our engagement session. When it came time for the wedding photos, we (along with our families) were at ease throughout photo after photo because she made it fun. As with any event vendor, communication response time is important. Royce was very responsive when I emailed, and I never felt worried about the status of our plans (nothing's worse than emailing a vendor who takes several days to respond, or who you repeatedly have to chase after). A+ for professionalism and communication. I'm very pleased with the photos we received! Nearly 900 total, also in about two week's turn-around time. Granted I had a winter wedding, but still... I should also add, as the other reviewer did, that her prices are exceptionally reasonable, especially given her talent. Can't stress how much we enjoyed working with her. She was a blast to have at the wedding. Even my DJ commented how great she was.

They have all of the speakers and equipment already set up and it was one less thing for us to worry about. We first spoke with Jesse, who I believe kind of runs the company and went over a list of what we wanted. They have multiple DJs as part of this company and we were paired with Laci. I have to say it was a spectacular experience! She played the songs from the list of guest requests we had gotten when we asked for RSVPs, she was open to day of requests, and really knew how to keep people coming back to the dance floor. She payed enough attention to notice what types of songs kept people entertained and really made everything flow perfectly! She also played a variety (even some polka for my Czech family.) We got a lot of compliments from guests about the DJ and we could not be happier. The wedding party also really enjoyed that she was friendly, helpful, and funny. He spaced out the songs to keep a variety of people involved. It would go from upbeat music, to crowd faves (cha cha slide, etc.) and then back to slow songs. 4. Enthusiasm! He had a great attitude and comedic lines the whole night! If I had my own wedding to do again and if I lived in the Omaha area I would DEFINITELY hire this crew to DJ my wedding.
