Joslyn is an amazing photographer. The negative review below about her sounds far from the joslyn I know. We have done multiple sessions with Joslyn over the last 3 years and she is always really great to work with. There have been times each of us had had to reschedule but she always finds a way to make it work. I don't see her ever not working to find a way to make things right. She is great with children, she has a full client wardrobe and her in studio sets are beautiful. Her editing is always beautiful and she is easy to discuss ideas or concerns with. Gorgeous photos! We've used her for mini sessions, extended family sessions, maternity and newborn photos. She is extremely laid back and great (and patient!!!) with kiddos! I have her photos ALL over my house. We've always done outside but our most recent session was in her STUNNING studio! Even when my children were not cooperating, she was able to catch beautiful photos of them. Since starting using Joslyn, I think we've done at least 2 shoots a year. Photos are so important to me, I will always invest in them and she is phenomenal! read more

Horrible experience dealing with Joslyn unfortunately. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced quite honestly. After HER canceling our newborn baby photo session TWICE and it no longer fitting our timeliness. We were in complete Aww at the amazing work that Joslyn put in to accommodate our large family (10) and busy schedule. She was even super open to our ideas and did a chalk photo shoot on top of the regular photo shoot. We were able to schedule super last minute and she was able to squeeze us in. Joslyn did my little ones photos at 18 months and she was professional and wonderful studio space, great experience over all. Additionally she did my sister in laws wedding and she was FANTASTIC! beautiful photos and great experience while taking them, she was so helpful with posing and always got the perfect shot. read more
