have been with State Farm for 34 years i have never had a single problem, until i switched agents to Tammy Sandoval's agency. The staff is not properly trained, unable to understand the insurance business, they dont know enough to provide competent and complete information. Tammy's assisant Ty should not be dealing with customers. He doesn't know, understand or is qualified to work as an insurance agent. My wife and I recently moved to CO and Ty has helped make this transition so smooth. He is extremely knowledgeable and timely with responses from our myriad of questions. We have been renting for a few months now but have decided to purchase a home, when it came time to get insurance quotes, Ty was so on point, I didn't even call the recommendations I received from others. The first home we were under contract with turned into a sour deal and we canceled it, but during the ordeal Ty kept us on time with getting documents and also being aware of our deadlines. Now with our second home under contract, he was so quick with getting quotes I know that if everything goes smoothly we're staying with State Farm, simply because good service is hard to find and having Ty work with us is a major stress reducer, job well done! read more

The office staff gave us excellent information and advice on how to proceed & helped us file a claim. Tammy Sandoval herself assisted with paperwork & helped us navigate the claims department. Although it was a 3 day holiday weekend, Tammy spent her time securing us a temporary place to stay & gave us her personal phone number for us to have someone to reach over the holiday weekend and beyond! Tammy is awesome. Since I've been with her (and the team) I've managed to be a mild pain in the ass; I forget to keep my info updated, replace my credit card and don't contact them immediately so payment isn't interrupted, ask pretty ignorant questions regarding policies, difficult to get a hold of, etc. You get the idea. Despite all that, Tammy has been on top of everything. I get very professional and friendly reminders when I'm negligent, concise and understandable information when I'm ignorant, and a whole lot of patience when I'm unresponsive. Point is, she's incredibly easy to work with and I don't feel like there's a constant up-sell on her end. She provides exactly what I need for insurance, and I legitimately feel like she's got my back. Insert like a good neighbor jingle here.
