Diane goes beyond just feeding our cats and cleaning their littler boxes. She gives medications when needed and they have regular playtime. We have always had cats with special needs, and Diane takes care of them perfectly. Right now we need to have two of them kept apart at all times, and she switches them around daily. We also have cats on special diets and she takes care of that. Diane emails us while we are away to let us know everyone is fine, and we always look forward to reading Diane's enjoyable care journal when we return home. We feel like we return to some pretty spoiled cats--they obviously love her. We also should mention Diane takes in our mail and packages, waters our plants and makes the house looked lived in with lights, etc. We love that there is total trust and that there are no contracts--the animals come first with Diane.
