Little background; Caiden has been is now 5 and prior to attending here, he was kicked out of 4 child care facilities for behavior since he was 3 years old. He would not use his inside voice, sit still when asked, and picked up a bad habit of biting other children, and even his teachers at one point. We were hopeless. We really thought no matter what we did to try to stop this behavior- we weren't going to be able to find a set child care program for very long without having to find another in the area that he hasn't already been banned from. Carol's been at it for over 30 years and it definitely shows! Not only has Caiden learned how to read, write, spell, do simple math, but his behavior is completely turned around. The amount of patience and energy that they put into these children really shows and I am so grateful we discovered their program when we did. They do so much with the children too! For example they had our local fire station come out with a truck and a couple firefighters to give a presentation and shoot the water out of the hose - They had a REAL butterfly garden showing the stages of life from caterpillar to butterfly- They have had plenty of farm animals as guests for education and of course the cute factor. I have had opportunity to go there numerous times when the school was generous enough to allow the I-9 sports league the boys were on to use their facilities. I tried to get them admitted last year, but there was no classroom slots available. This year I started early. In spite of tremendous opposition we faced from their previous school whose administrator tried hard not to provide information we needed to get them into HCA, I persevered! I want only the best for my boys. How could I have known that their former school is not accredited and none of the teachers have a degree? They even cost much more than HCA and they don't have any sports or other extracurricular activities! I have prayed for the boys to have the opportunity to attend such a fine school. Advertised on Craigslist with our few simple requirements was this bus. Price based according to said ad ,my wife and I traveled to Brooksville to purchase bus as advertised. According to the ad the bus had 84,000 miles and the ac needed recharged. The bus odometer actually reads 86130.8 and was told it had quit recently along with the temp gauge. I called to return the bus because NO it does NOT have low mileage and the ac compressor is locked up requiring hundreds of dollars for repair.
