I called the owner operator, Wade Smith, to file a complaint. During the call he would speak over and attempted to not let me speak. He hung up on me and is refusing any calls. Do not use this poorly ran and operated company. I will call everyday to file a complaint. He stated the HOA was fine with the work when our neighborhood has not one in the ten years I've lived here. This guy will leave you high and dry or will ignore you if there is a problem. Honestly would rate lower if possible. Sorry crew and sorry owner.

He delivered everything that afternoon and started the work. However, this being Florida, we had a heavy rain that did not permit them to finish that day. He was back the next morning and he and his helper had everything done by noon. I gave him free range to set the lawn ornaments since he was vey creative. I was asked to check everything for approval. I was quite happy with what I saw. And they cleaned up before they left. The folks at JNL were polite and considerate, including Jennifer who took my many calls. The work was very professional, it was done quickly and neatly, and did all that I asked of them. I received a response within the hour and they even came out that day to assess the area and provide a quote. I was given a detailed explanation of their plan to address our flower beds at the front and rear of the home. I felt the quote we were given was very fair and reasonable. They set an appointment for that Friday. Despite being behind due to the weather, they still kept the appointment and delivered quality work. The flower beds were weeded, bushes shaped, large palm was trimmed, mulch laid and looked very presentable. At the rear of the house they removed several unruly bushes and planted a few new plants. Last time they cut my grass and first they left a huge mess and second they didn't even edge or trim like I told them too when I paid the full amount. I definitely don't recommend these people for your lawn needs. Worst experience ever.
