These guys are certified arborists and their priorities seem to be: 1) keeping your trees healthy, 2) allowing wind to move through the trees to make them safer in hurricanes, and 3) keeping the shape visually pleasing. What they do is a science and they are not going to over-trim your trees or damage them. They have great equipment, are fully insured and are nice to work with. They arrive when they say they will and clean up after themselves. Are they expensive? I don't know as I didn't get any other estimates. However, I had no tree damage from Hurricane Milton - my neighbor spent $10k on cutting and removing downed trees from his roof, fences and yard.

A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed.
