Horrible printing company, tried to charge me extra money just to open the print-ready files using Photoshop instead of Illustrator. Tried to reason with a manager who confirmed that they had Photoshop and could open the file via Photoshop but did not want to, they wanted to open it in Illustrator. Keep in mind these are high res, 500dpi print-ready files that simply needed to be OPENED in Photoshop at the correct size to print. Absolute insanity to speak to a print shop manager who is telling me they have Photoshop but don't want to use it to open my files. Avoid these guys, they are not straight shooters! read more

I have an upcoming food show this week and had several printing jobs that I would not be able to print at my office. In the past I have used the big box stores, but I was really unsatisfied with the customer service and the prices. Hopefully, this makes its way to the appropriate management in the company. This morning I called to confirm my account setup and payment per my phone conversation yesterday and the email I received indicating this. I was told it would be no issue to have the shirt printed for same-day pickup as advertised on their website. Unfortunately, that was not the case when I called and spoke to their representative this morning, who said it was impossible. The unfortunate part is that I stopped communicating with other printing providers who offered the same service because I thought it was confirmed with Tampa Printer. That being said, I now go from being an extremely happy customer who would have left a fantastic review to one who is now pissed off because I most likely have no other option. Hi Will, I've used Tampa Printer a few times for various different projects throughout the last year. In April, I had address label made for Engagement Invitations for the guest envelopes. Same label style, different addresses. Today, I called Tampa Printer to have the same type of project started. Dan, answered the phone to help me. When I requested the type of project I needed I was told "we don't do that here", so I explained that I just had these same labels made in April. His response was "It was probably because of that project that we stopped doing them." I thought he was joking, when I realized he wasn't my response was that I could find someone else to do them. I understand Tampa Printer may have discontinued the service which I completely respect but I wasn't quite ready for the actual response I received. I know this isn't customary service for Tampa Printer and what I've dealt with in the past but I thought it should be noted. read more

Tampa Printer is absolutely amazing!! I needed business cards quickly for an exclusive lunch event but did not have any due to limited contact since COVID. I ordered business cards online from a different company, but there was a delay on their side and would be delivered late. As soon as I learned I was in a bind, I researched rush orders in Tampa and found Tampa Printer. The first picture I uploaded was not of good quality and the manager contacted me directly to help specify what I should do. I contacted a friend with photoshop, but the pictures were still too blurry. I honestly loved that they rejected poor art and would only print good quality. After obtaining 300 bpi logo and creating 300 bpi 2.625 X 2.625 images in photoshop we finally had the proper art work. Tampa Printer worked quickly to print the cards within 1 business day of receiving the proper art work. I was able to pick up the business cards first thing in the morning before the lunch meeting. By the way, they did all this while moving their machinery to their new location. They didn't have to prioritze a single order of business cards, but they did and saved me!
