I had put together a rough draft of the back design that I wanted for my line jacket and their artist at their establishment did a fantastic job cleaning up the draft and making the overall design 10x better than what I could've imagined. The details from the final design draft showed a lot of depth and texture that made the design on the line jacket pop with the whole design being fully embroidered. The communication that I have between the establishment was super helpful and were communicative with their updates. By the time I got notified that my jacket was shipped, it came in with this cute packaging and overall the jacket was pristine and clean! Tried to reason with a manager who confirmed that they had Photoshop and could open the file via Photoshop but did not want to, they wanted to open it in Illustrator. Keep in mind these are high res, 500dpi print-ready files that simply needed to be OPENED in Photoshop at the correct size to print. Absolute insanity to speak to a print shop manager who is telling me they have Photoshop but don't want to use it to open my files. Avoid these guys, they are not straight shooters!
