When I inquired about driving lessons for my teen daughter, the company prided themselves in having…read moresafety measures in place for the students including constant dash cam recordings and detailed background checks for all employees. Even though I didn't ask, this was an added security measure that put me at ease. After the first lesson, I reached out to the instructor to see how things went and communicate some skills I hoped she could work on. (At this point, she had mastered basic driving skills, but I wanted her to be more comfortable with interstate and high traffic driving.) His response was both confusing and alarming. He responded in a very aggressive manor. I was blown away at the response and had to re-read the text to see if I had mistyped something. I contacted the office, read them the text message. They were very apologetic stating that was not his normal behavior. I asked if they had the footage from her lesson so that I could understand what I was missing, but they stated that they were unable to separate other children out of the video, so they could not show me. I didn't think much of it, but thought it was odd to advertise this safety feature and not actually have it available for parents to view. They offered a new instructor and I was appreciative. When we got the new instructor's name, I discovered that he had MULTIPLE felonies including drug charges, domestic violence, and breaking and entering. He was convicted and served prison time just 2 years prior for domestic violence, violating a restraining order, and breaking and entering the home of the victim. I literally had the thought that maybe this guy had a double ganger because they said they did background checks. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They had been aware of the felonies, then lied to me and said that it was "a long time ago", and that he was "not convicted" even though the public record showed he was. I explained my concerns with my daughter being alone in a car with this man and my disappointment with the dishonesty in their policies. I also acknowledged that he may be a great instructor, and I feel that everyone deserves a second chance. However, I did not feel comfortable with him teaching my daughter with his history. I asked for a refund, and it was granted. Please be cautious with instructors from this driving school. I ended up hiring Shannon from Adapt2Drive. Due to the level of experience of my daughter's skills, she only needed 3 lessons. Shannon was amazing and my daughter passed her driving test with flying colors.

Each time I called, - yes, multiple calls- my questions were patiently and thoroughly answered. There was a large availability of time slots for the road test - unlike the county Tax Collector Offices. On the day of the test, we arrived very early for our appointment since we drove from Orlando Kip immediately accommodated us (we were definitely willing to wait for our time slot if needed), helped us through the paperwork (using my out of state car), and provided us with the tablet for the review. My daughter said during the road test, he was kind, patient, and supportive. While I nervously waited and paced in the building, another All Class employee offered me a bottle of water and talked with me to reduce my nerves. There was a lot riding on her passing, as my flight was the next morning, but if we needed to reschedule for the FREE retest, the next weekday had ample availability. Upon passing, Kip explained that she needed to go to the tax office to get her license. We shared that we also needed to do a change of address, but we didn't have the documents with us. So, he helped us and printed what we needed, which was definitely above and beyond what All Class needed to do. This allowed us to get to the Lakeland office, change her address, and walk out with her license 45 minutes later. I cannot recommend All Class enough!
