I was visiting from out of state and got a chocolate stain on a cashmere sweater Sunday night. I…read moretook it in Monday afternoon to the Forsyth location hoping they could get the stain out and I could get it back on Tuesday or Wednesday because I was leaving town Thursday morning before dawn. That location is closed on Wednesday but they said if they couldn't get it out and back to that location on Tuesday they would work on it more and I could pick it up Wednesday at this Decatur location. The lady at the counter was very helpful and pleasant. The downtown location people made me really hopeful it would all work out. I was SO happy when I got the call on Tuesday that they were able to get the stain out and I would be able to pick it up at the Forsyth location that afternoon. Not only was the chocolate stain gone but another very small stain that had been there, that my normal dry cleaner couldn't get out, was also gone!! I didn't even ask them about that stain!
