I took one of Tam's taster sessions for 1/2 hour which was really useful as it gave me a insight to what he offers. I was turning up to the gym doing my own workouts and was more than happy but I've heard lots of people going on about Personal training so I decided to give it a go. On introduction he asked me how I judge my own fitness?, to which I personally thought was of a good standard, how wrong I was. I told him I like pushing myself, but what he did I can honestly say I have never experienced before, I was sick after just 20 minutes. I thought instantly I've never been able to push myself to that before because it easy just to stop. But when he's motivating along the way you can go to greater heights. I knew that this personal training with Tam was exactly what I needed. Since then I took up the 12 week plan and have not thankfully been sick as he's given me great nutritional advice which I was unaware of. He motivates in the gym, out of the gym and it really makes a huge difference. I have recommend friends of mine to give it a go but until you actually take it upon you to show up and experience it for yourself. I can honestly say your missing a trick. read more
