They also have a cafe and a lovely little shop to buy some springfields branded gifts in to take home! It really does make for a fun day out with the kids, and actually can be made to last all day without them getting bored, so well worth the entrance fee. Highly recommended!!!

In the 20+ acres you have all the reg farm animals to feed. Theres a couple of rides , bouncy castle and toy tractors to skoot around on. All this could be done in drizzly weather with wellys on but if its really bad theres a massive indoor play area. they have a small area for babys and toddlers thats well padded and keeps them entertained for ages. The older kids have lots to climb and the tallest slides i have ever seen. my heart was in my mouth watching the kids come down it , but they thought it was wicked. The farms very easy to find as burnham-on -sea isnt a big place to get lost in. well worth a visit :)

You pay an entry price and then most of the things are free. It has a bouncy castle, trampaline,'cuddle club' where you can cuddle ginea pigs and rabbits, outdoor slides, swing boats, climbing frame, ride on tractors etc and a large indoor play area with ball pits, lots of slides and places to climb around. Also it has paddocks with animals in (such as cows, lamas etc.) which you can feed and indoor barns with pigs and horses in. It is a great day out and you can stay for hours without your kids geting bored.

I thought it was kind of charming - but perhaps not worth paying £12.00 a head for. The actual building is stunning from the outside and you cannot fault the views over the cove below. Inside the castle its been kitted out like a museum and is mostly home to toys, puppets, dolls and pier type animatronics and slot machines from yesteryear. Very interesting - but only enough to keep you occupied for an hour or so unles you are a fanatic. One whole room devoted to a large model railway- if you like that kind of thing. Also some grisly dungeons, and displays of old tools and farming appliances with some fairly educational information. Inside, and in fact then all the way around the park are amusement games and interactive displays which are made up from reconditioned old pier attractions. These are fascinating - but do be prepared with a ton of 1p- 10p coins to get them going - none of it is free! Outside there are a selection of childrens rides, again fairly traditional and slow paced - so more for the very young. Also there is gnome land which is bizarre, cute and disturbing in equal measures. There is a whole village of houses, pubs, etc,. where these gnomes live, and you can peer through the windows and observe them in their daily lives. Set in Woodland its very picturesque and mildly entertaining for adults - I am guessing young girls would enjoy this most. Hubby insists the gnomes were all models - but I am not sure!! Lots of traditional fun to be had also with crazy golf, a huge slide, and water fountains/ interactive displays. Not sure how you would fair in bad weather as most of the action was outside. If you prefer genteel and thought provoking rather than action-packed you may enjoy it here.

I found the prices fairly expensive as for a child over 14 years it is 12 pound so straight away that's 24 pound gone. My daughters got in for free so I suppose that was a good thing. My daughters favourite thing was when they were walking around part of the site where they had these little boxes where they had to press the button and when they did there favourite nursery rhymes played and little puppets inside moved. They were both racing to press the next one. They also enjoyed the water/light show I remember seeing this when I was younger. My favourite bit was watching them trying to find the golden nuggets amongst the sand. Other things that are at the site are: rides, tilting house for you to try and walk around in, old slot machines for you to play on, walk around the grounds, go through the gnome land and lots more, mini golf. Overall I would say this is a great place to go but I probably would only go there once a year.

Fantastic place to take the kids on a day out…read more Lots of animals for them to look at and pet, Mini tractors to ride on, Adventure playgrounds outside, Farm animals & bottle feeding, lakes and woods, a milking parlour where they can watch the milking process, but the main attraction for my kids has always been their indoor play area The Bull Pen. With ball pools, slides, demon drop soft play area plus a good cafe it makes a great day out for our family. You can relax with a cuppa knowing that they are safely playing. Basically a fun day out no matter what the weather, if its raining when you get there you can do the Bull Pen til it stops if its ot raining its a great place to walk around in the sun and all kids love petting the animals :) x

The food prices are reasonable as is the admission fee for the park itself. Ample car parking and a nice selection of goods in the giftshop-which is reasonably priced too. There is a rumour that there will be outside equipment in the summer. The staff are very friendly and the lunches are great; all home cooked, with children, adults, vegetarians and salad eaters all catered for. Excellent chips - some people drop in just for lunch. The only downside is an overemphasis on health and safety; knitting is forbidden and pushing two tables together for larger parties earns a stern rebuke!
