My agent was Robert Andre at spectrum Real Estate. This was not a good experience for my first time…read morebuying a home. I was told a day before the closing that I still had paperwork that needed to be handed in which was definitely difficult to hand in due to the COVID-19 situation to get at the last second I was not appreciative of being contacted at the last second to gather all of this paperwork since I am an emergency worker and I did have to work during this current situation then at then after closing the realtor didn't show up at the closing there was never a walk-through done to be able to determine the everything was emptied out of the property at the closing I wasn't given keys to the property the keys were given to me several weeks after the closing and on top of it a whole bunch of stuff furniture and other belongings were left in the home I asked to have the stuff removed at the closing 7 weeks later I had to remove the in wanted belongings. I still not have been reimbursed for paying to get rid of the stuff that was left behind. They would keep saying they would come and get the items and they never showed up except to get one box spring that was in the backyard. Then on top of all of that when I was contacting the realtor to say there was problems he blocked me and then would no longer even communicate with me to help resolve the issue now if the walk-through would've been done like it was supposed to there's none of this would've even happened but the realtor didn't even show up to the closing. We both had a disagreement I felt that he was yelling at me at certain points when we were trying to communicate to get what we needed done for the house he felt he wasn't yelling at me so my son-in-law actually had to step in and speak for me because I felt very uncomfortable that he was yelling at me and we couldn't seem to communicate clearly. Scheduling open houses and private showings with Rob was very smooth, sometimes we went to a few properties in one day. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it.
