Wow!!! What a wonderful place to shop. I'm not a shopper. I don't like to shop. I'm all about my "stick and move capers". Pop in and get what I need, then I'm out the door and on my way to my next stop. This shopping set up affords me exactly that... I can see all of the stores from the parking lot, find the ones I want to go, and avoid the ones I don't want to go to; I can go directly to those stores shop to get what I got to get and leave. Ample parking lots. Lots of discounts within the various stores... you talk about making a deal sweeter. Like that the stores observe the social distancing mandate. If you still have money left after visiting Gatlinburg and Dollywood, then Tanger Outlets is the place to go. Every outlet store imaginable is in this outlet mall. Disney, Victoria Secrets, Lululemon, Clarks and the list goes on. The parking lot was full during our visit, but stores did not seem crowded. The mall is laid out in small strip mall segments so you have to cross a lot of traffic to work your way from store to store. It's difficult to move the car around because the lots are full. I was glad I had my "driver". The mall is clean with a Southern vibe. I saw one restaurant. I did not see mall maps to help me locate stores. Prices were pretty good in the stores that I entered. I bought a few things that I wasn't expecting to purchase. read more

Fun to shop, but a nightmare to park when it's crowded! My favorite store is Simply Southern. All prices are less, being in an outlet store. But, they always have a rack with extra good deals on T-shirts. So, I walk out with a bag full every time I go. My husband and daughter have a list of other places they prefer. Needless to say, this outlet mall has such a large assortment of stores, it's bound to suit everyone that goes. Have to add, love the animal statues at each sitting spot. Great photo opps! read more

Been here quite a lot, but never have written a Tanger mall review. The mall is off Hwy 66, and it is bumper to bumper traffic, crazy busy! Too much mall, not enough wiggle room. Parking sucks!!! Too tight, oddly laid out, you better have your wits about you. There are wonderful sales, and shops about, I always find something. Tanger outlet hosts a wide variety of businesses and ample parking. The shops are still pricy for outlet stores, but they seem to offer good deals from time to time. It can get quite busy on weekends and holidays limiting convenient parking spots. We still found a spot not too far from the shops we intended to visit. On these busy days, plan additional time for parking and leaving the parking lot (due to traffic). In addition to the brick and mortar shops, local farmers sell produce and homemade items in the parking lot. Overall, Tanger is a convenient place to shop given the number of shops available. read more

Lots of great stores and you can find, pretty much, what you want. We went to the North Face store (always our first stop) and discovered the Merrill store. Otherwise we went in around 6 stores and then hit a lunch spot. read more

Christmas season is a definite NO - for Tanger Outlets. Parking is a nightmare but the sales & service are good. I got nice tees from Grunt Style & VS there. Loved the finds - just hated the crowds. Victoria Secret had a steal for a large Rebel Tease perfume for $15. Retail value about $70. Small Aqua Kiss body sprays for $3. Full size VS Pink products for $6. Definitely would come back here except when the traffic is low. read more

Good selection of stores. I felt like it wasn't very walkable, you had to cross roads and a few busy parking lots to get to the stores. Lots of small restaurants in the area to pick from and lots of sales and discounts in the stores, more than most of the other stores that are chains I've been to have. So I'd say a good value: fair prices. Most of the businesses had good service, it was very busy on a Sunday afternoon however! So it was quite odd. Overall it was something fun to go and do if you enjoy shopping. read more

I love a good outlet mall. This one has a great selection of stores. It gets extremely packed, located off of the main strip in the tourist area of town. Go early and note that not every store is designated as an actual outlet store. There are many that are many without discounted/cheaper pricing that outlets typically have. I highly recommend looking at the Tanger website to see the map of stores you want to tackle and view the "deals" section to see which stores have promotions going on. Bring quarters if you have young kids for the many rides located near stores. read more

Shopping centers were nice but the bathrooms were awful. As soon as you walk into the entrance leading to the bathrooms, it would take your breath. As many ppl that come in and out, bathrooms should be maintained better. read more

It's whole yes for me! Nothing wrong with a little outlet shopping while on vacation. All of my favorite athletic stores are located at this outlet and they did not disappoint.... Huge outlet mall with tons of shops and tons of parking. Find many stores that work for everyone including: Nike, Adidas, Columbia, aerie, Express, lululemon, and more. My main note is that while the space is surely large, I found it to be very walkable. Worry about getting a parking spot first and then you can go anywhere from there. read more

I absolutely love this outlet mall. It's modern southern appeal and the variety of stores makes it great for the entire family. They even offer extra discounts through their app for the stores already hugely discounted prices. It is very clean and neat and most areas have maps to show you where other stores are located and arrows on how to get there. My first trip was a pretty quick trip because we had time restraints so I only hit up three or four stores but I plan on being back with a higher budget and more time and I'll definitely be going to more places. I can't wait to visit this outlet again hope you guys have fun shopping too. read more

There is a wide variety of shops in this complex. The parking lot was very busy and difficult to find a spot. The center was clean throughout the complex. I liked how the shops flowed from building segment to segment. Restroom centers were located in good and convenient places. In general...you aren't going to find many good prices here - at least we didn't. We did find some isolated clearance racks. Other than that...there were many deals to find here. read more

Again prices are sky rocket here!! You have to buy a Coupon book to even get a discount which makes the items at normal prices. The outlet stores are about 2x the price you'd get at a regular mall. Old navy is usually affordable but their prices were pretty ridiculous. Outside the mall was not very clean. Trash throughout the floors, overflowing trash, as well as very disgusting bathrooms. I so badly wanted to like this place and do some back to school shopping but I just can not justify paying these prices when I can get them cheaper at the mall back home to us. They had a lot of variety I will note that. I will add guest or "locals" were amongst the most there. Very loud and rude. Not very welcoming doe tourists. read more

The parking lots are a nightmare. However the stores are all clean and it is a nice big shopping area.

We make a trip here every year to shop for extra Christmas presents. We love taking our time and going in the majority of the stores looking for good deals. The crowds are big and the traffic is terrible but if you aren't in a hurry, you can enjoy the experience. We took our time and had a good time. Covid measures were in place. We wore masks and waited in line to enter most stores because they were counting the number of people allowed in each store. read more

A very large, outdoor outlet mall with a plethora of stores designed to appeal to almost everyone who is looking for a deal. Several restaurants are sprinkled throughout to avoid shopping 'til you drop. The employees in the stores we visited were polite, courteous and welcoming even if we didn't make a purchase. read more

We end up at this disaster of a shopping center every year and I swear I'll never be back but here I am again. Parking is horrible, the sidewalks are packed, ash tray garbage cans are within 6ft of every entrance to the stores and smokers walking around smoking. So if you're a smoker, come on and enjoy your cancer stick while you shop but if you despise smoking, I'd recommend not coming here. read more

The outlets are so convenient in the middle of everything attractive in Sevierville. The parking stinks at the outlets as this is peak season plus there are tons of stores to choose from. This set of stores is pretty much just like all other Tanger Outlets... just set in a different area. The stores are all great and there is food and bathrooms everywhere to be found. I love this location as it still gives you a few views of the mountains. Every store that I visited today was full of awesome people willing to help assist me and my needs. I love this place it is huge and you can find almost anything here. The problem I have with this place is the lack of ramps. I'm not sure who designed this place, but they did an awful job. I found myself having to back track and looking for a ramp. They are not next to the stairs so either carry the stroller up and down the stairs or go around. If you have a stroller you are forced to walk without cover and if it is raining just don't come here. read more

To be completely honest, we only scraped the surface of the available shopping at these outlets. We pulled in at the main entrance and parked near UA (Under Armor) and had three places we wanted to see in the immediate area. In addition we checked out Adidas and Vans. Plenty of parking as this place spans an extremely large area. Every store you would anticipate finding at an outlet facility like this, plus places you probably wouldn't expect to find. Go online and check out all of the options that are available. I had wanted to come to UA, but had no idea how large this outlet shopping experience would be. We probably should have allocated a little more time than a quick stop in prior to driving home. Probably a good thing we were pretty packed down and didn't have a ton of extra space to put more things. If you're looking for shopping this is the place to go! read more

I initially didn't have intentions on writing about Tanger outlets as a whole but since I cannot find the Victoria Secret store as a stand alone I'll have to make this post here. Shopping at the majority of the stores here was a very pleasant experience. Workers went above and beyond at many stores to help my girlfriend and I find the things we were looking for. We were having a great time shopping here until we came across the Victoria Secret outlet. At this store we weren't approached by anyone which we weren't bothered by initially because the workers were doing other things around the store. However the vibe for this particular store just felt off by the lack of talking you would otherwise hear from coworkers in a retail store. It was silent. That was until another coworker had apparently called off and that is when the talking began. Nothing but negativity and rude remarks about this other work were made while there were customers present. Later on while I had a question about the price of a product I approached one of the employees who was working behind the counter. This worker did the bare amount of acknowledging of me standing there by just staring at me, to which I just asked my question. Later on during checkout this same employee was busy working on another task and my girlfriend had politely asked if this worker who was at the cash register was open or if she should go to another register. To which the response was "I am the only one up here" in a rude and dismissive manner. We wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to this worker because maybe they were just having a bad day. But the dismissive and rude manner of this worker continued throughout the interaction by picking at their nails and just standing there. My girlfriend wanted two items removed from checkout and the worker just stared at her for a moment before doing anything. When she grabbed one of the items out of the bag she very rudely asked if that was one of the items she wanted removed. At the end of the purchase we were told to have a nice day but it was not polite at all. When my girlfriend and I exited the store we discussed that we should have just cancelled the whole transaction due to how rude the workers were. We are from out of state and my girlfriend has shopped here before and was excited to go back but unfortunately due to this experience we will not be back. Again I wish I could separate the two reviews of Tanger Outlet and the Victoria Secret but unfortunately the option is not yet available. And again hopefully for the sake of other customers this is just a "having bad day" type of interaction because what would've otherwise been a great day of shopping turned into a sour end of the day. read more

The Tanger Outlets in Pigeon Forge are pretty similar to any other outlet mall out there store-wise. Nothing really jumps out as an interesting store that is featured here, just the basics. What makes these outlets stand out a bit though is how well they are kept up. It's seriously noticeable. Other Tanger Outlets we've been too in the past couple of years have been so run down and in desperate need of renovation, whereas this one seems to be maintained really well. It's definitely noticeable. The structure here isn't bad. You can pick a starting point and then keep following the stores until you make it all the way around..be prepared to be here for hours if you plan on seeing the entire place because it really does go on forever. So yes, overall, comparable to every other outlet mall you've probably been to, except for the fact that it's much more well kept up with than most. read more

Haven't been here in over 10 years & I loved most all the stores. Bare minerals in particular was very kind to explain some things about their products and what would be best to fit my skin color. They gave a sample of skin longevity & I love it. It is silky and smooth in texture and goes underneath or without makeup. They even called to make sure I enjoyed the product and to let me know about future sales! Great customer service! They recommended high quality brushes & were friendly and genuine. - Urban Market Knoxville is also so unique to the area, a large variety of very cute items. I can't wait to order more! The walking company also has very friendly service with a large selection of quality shoes. I bought some warm socks while I was there. read more
