I was very disappointed with my trip to Talbot's Outlet in Tilton, NH today. I had a coupon to redeem and I was eager to shop. The store looked like a total clearance sale with garments rammed together tightly in long rows. There was minimal "new arrivals" with no discount unless you buy 2 items. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit, but if you're in the area, these outlets are worth a stop! NH has no sales tax so everything is the price on the tag and they had some pretty good deals at several stores. I'm very disappointed with Tanger outlets in Tilton,NH! They are evicting a GOOD tenant because another buisness wants her space. All In Gym stayed and paid rent during covid when other buisness's bailed out. They participated in most Tanger events. All in Gym is being evicted because another gym wants her space and they don't want All In Gym to be allowed to rent another space in the complex. The gym who is coming in sounds very insecure and I looked at reviews of the incoming gym. It looks too me like they only want to cater to young people. You won't see older people in the new gym doing a work out in heated gym. Many of their places do virtual workouts with no trainer in the gym. That's NOT SAFE. I'm very suprised Tanger went along with them. AI gym had proven themselves in the community. I'm wondering if this new gym will stay if economy dips again. I'll be interested in seeing how long this new gym will stay. Tanger shame on you!! read more

Stopped in while driving in New Hampshire. The Outlets were hosting a crafts open air market so we decided to stop in. Lots of local crafts-really nice stuff. We also stopped in on several of the Outlet stores. They had most of the stores you are accustomed to seeing in these type of places. The parking area was plenty big and you can always find a deal at any of these stores. read more

Everything online says open until 8 PM. Walked up to the doors at 7:06 to buy shoes at famous footwear and they are closed. Oh well, online buying I guess it is. Maybe your hours can be zero soon. Update your damn hours, or if they are going to be different from store to store maybe the stores should get there you know what together. I am a big fan of outlets and at this one you find a decent selection of stores, but it lacks the elegance, style, and facilities you find elsewhere. I found what I was looking for at good prices, but the Tommy Hilfiger store did not meet expectations as their childrens dept. apparently was moved to the Merrimack outlet; their loss Ralph Lauren finished the job. read more

This outdoor outlet mall is conveniently located off I-93 Exit 20, less than an hour from my place. The Tanger Outlets have many good stores including Aeropostale, Eddie Bauer, Coach, Nike Factory Store, KB Toy Works, Banana Republic, The Gap Outlet, Old Navy, Van Heusen, and many more. There's also an Uno's Chicago Grill and a Starbucks too! So So disappointed at Tanger outlets in Tilton NH. Shopped at Tanger yesterday 31 Aug. 20 and was shocked at how many empty stores there are ! We traveled from Boston to shop and cannot tell you what is going on here. Brooks Brothers salesmen told me, they are still here now, but not to sure for how long. Same said at J Crew. Both stores are having 60% & 80% sales going with little stock. Kate Spade gone. Before you travel here, check to see if your favorite stores are still in business and not to waste your time like we did. By the way North Conway is worse !! read more

Prices are high and sales people are apathetic. Old Navy and Banana Republic were the only merchants to honor the pink ribbon ripoff campaign where the stores are supposed to give 25% discount on one item. Bass was the worst for rude and snotty salespeople. No thanks, I lost any desire to spend money here after the rudeness. read more

I almost didn't want to review this place because I love it so much and don't want people to start going. Then, I realized, in all likelihood, very few people will read this, so it's okay. If you do go, tell them Julie sent you, I LOVE THE TILTON OUTLETS. They make spending money feel like saving money. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have got some of the most ridiculous deals in my life. Everything 50% off at Banana Republic, PLUS a 10% coupon. Real Coach bags for less money than the horrible knockoff versions you find on Canal Street and in clandestine basements and car trunks across America. It's pretty much shopping Utopia. And, the main reason for my hesitancy to review, it's rarely crowded like Kittery, North Conway and (the horrors!) Wrentham tend to be. It may not have the biggest range of stores in the world of outlets, but I have no problems filling my closet with all the basics (including shoes!) after an afternoon in Tilton. The new Calvin Klein coat store is worth it in itself. Retail bliss is just a quick trip up Route 93 away. read more

I would rate the stores at tanger outlets 5 stars.. I love starbucks and everything, but had a bad experience at UNOs. For one thing, the service was simply terrible. The waitress didn't even bring us NAPKINS. Seriously? The margarita took for ever. While my mom was reminding the waitress to bring her margarita, my dad was ordering his second St. Paulie Girl. They gave me and my dad our pizza in decent time but my sister's pizza (which was simple! Just a kids pepperoni pizza!) took so long they removed it from the bill and we took it home cause she had eaten half my dads while waiting and she wasn't hungry anymore. It was also way overpriced, even though they didn't charge for my sisters meal. We will never go back. Ok, the pizza was good. It was way too expensive. read more

Yeah, this place is decent but unfortunately I didn't find anything. On the other hand, my mom found some nice kitchen utensils on sale. My sister and her fiance browsed through the stores. This place is too huge and take a while to walk from Starbucks on one end to the Under Armour store on the other side. Plus, this is 1.5 hours from Massachusetts where my parents live. I saw a sign that Merrimack Outlets were coming this year. Thank goodness since we only visited here since we were close by visiting the Currier Art Museum. read more

Very easy access with lots of parking. For a small outlet mall there are still lots of options to shop. Easy walking from one end to the other with covered walkways since mall access is not indoors but outdoors. Old Navy is only freestanding store almost in the middle of the parking lot. Good way to spend the afternoon and ask clerks in each store as some offer AARP or AAA discounts. Worth asking as saving a little extra never hurts. read more

A great place to shop, and many stores to choose from but wish there was more of a variety. Would like more food/ restaurants. I usually find great deals here especially at Bass, Old Navy and Bath and Body Works. The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is a great place to get a snack and to satisfy that sweet tooth. I live 30 min. away but have not visited for a couple years. Very clean. Kid friendly. Two complaints. One store had a mildew/mold odor that was noticeable on entry. It seemed worse in dressing room. Would have stayed longer & spent more but the smell was over powering. Very nice staff said that there had been some roof leaking in past & some stores had been renovated, while others had not. Or that it was coming from AC. Did not visit adjacent stores to compare problem odor Vending machines for soda do not show price. Apparently, one has to engaged credit or debit card first. If you have to ask the price you can't afford it, right? Just seems wrong to me. Got some decently priced clothing. Staff at stores helpful. There were vacationers shopping, some from Canada, NY & other NE states. Use AAA card to obtain coupon book. read more

Dress Barn- don't go there. First off. I bought a dress for Mother's Day. Bought it. Tried it on. Brought it back they couldn't exchange it because of the deodorant. That's a little ridiculous. For one. Only tried it on. For two it's black. It's going to show that. Stupid. Anyways, I will not be going back there to buy my dresses! Tanger Outlets in Tilton, NH is about 1 1/2 hours from me in VT. I've been shopping here for years, and it keeps getting better. Not only great deals, but Starbucks, Uno and chocolate shop. There is a covered walkway that connects all of the stores except Old Navy, which is a stand alone in the parking lot. Black Friday is an absolute must at Tanger!! read more

Tanger Outlets have plenty of good stores with great deals all in one stop. It's a must visit spot when you want to get all of your shopping done in one day. Get to the mall early and pick a plum parking spot in a central location. It's nice to be able to dump your goodies in your car as you go rather than dragging them around all day. Great place for Christmas shopping too! I have been to the Tanger Outlets several times. There are good restaurants next to it and a couple of grocery stores. The most important thing for outsiders is the fact that there is no sales tax in NH! How cool is that right? :) Confession: I love, loooove to shop and discounts are making my shopping experience just amazing, that is way I'm in love with most Outlet Stores. What's not to like? Plenty of free parking excellent shops all laid out really well in a horseshoe configuration. Download the Tanger Outlet app for your phone so you can always see which stores are featuring sales and special offers. Get the coupon book for free as well with a AAA, AARP card, or just show them the offer for the free coupon book from the Tanger Outlet brochure readily available everywhere. Go early to beat the crowds or on a sunny day. Rainly days and holiday weekends are obviously more busy. Certainly a store or two to suit even the most difficult shopper's tastes. This place is an old hang out and the only connection to Starbucks in the area. Great little stores like the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and Music For A Song. Also the fact that it is outlets makes everything much cheaper then at the retail stores. Whats crazy about this place is that folks from Nashua, Manchester, and Boston do the drive just to go to here. read more

Not all stores are outlet stores, specifically Bath and Bodyworks. The staff is friendly but expect to pay full price. I wish I knew prior to taking the hour and a half ride for the discount. Yankee Candle is an outlet but their candles are less fragrant than traditional stores read more

Right before everything was shut down due to COVID I had purchased a 10 punch tanning card at HAIR EXCITEMENT that was never supposed to "EXPIRE" and is why I purchased this card @ $55. I went back in April of 2021 to tan and they were still shutdown for tanning only. I go back at the end of November and I'm told that there is now a new owner and that anyone holding this card (that wasn't supposed to expire couldn't use it. I have reached out to the manger of the Tanger Outlets and have left 2 voicemails and still have heard nothing back. I have reached out to Hair Excitement and the manger was supposed to get a message to call me and nothing. So a place changes owner and my card that I bought and paid for here at THIS STORE is invalid And there's nothing anybody can do??? I will no longer shop here! I have tried reaching previous owner (Regis) and nothing. So, everyone who bought a tanning card and is out of money and services? This can't be right! read more

I look forward to our annual trip to New Hampshire and shopping at the Tanger Outlets. The landscaping is gorgeous and the whole plaza is always very clean!! Having the playground there is great for people with kids and the bathrooms are always super clean too! The people who work in the customer service office are fantastic!! Bathrooms are very clean and nice. Security guard that drives around at night yells and calls you sweetheart if you're waiting to pick someone up. He's a piece of shit but I haven't seen him in a while so maybe he was fired it's not the guy with glasses and it's not the young one. read more

I tried Tanger Outlet for the first time after someone has recommended it and I found it a great place for shopping, with a lot of parking spaces. With so many stores in the outlet mall that offer wide varieties of products, I almost found everything I was looking for. The trip was well worth the three hour drive I had to make. I slipped and fell on some ice at the end of a crosswalk here. Reported it then received a sarcastic wave from the guy doing the shoveling, who I suspect was also responsible for the shoddy application of what little salt they had down. Left my contact information as part of the incident report. I email them 3 days later and their reply is simply that they have filed a claim with their insurance company who might contact me for details. At no time did I receive any sort of apology or any indication that they actually cared about my injury. read more

This Tanger location doesn't have nearly as many stores as other Tanger Outlets that I've been to. But perhaps that's a good thing because it wasn't crowded and it was really easy to get parking. Stop by the Customer Service area and pick up a coupon book. It's $5 unless you're a student/military or just check the lobby of a local hotel for a Tanger flier and there was a coupon for a free coupon book. read more

I had a bad experience with both the Nike outlet and the Jockey outlet with returns. As far as the Jockey outlet, I felt I was misunderstood and belittled as well as accused of trying get more than I paid. I was just trying to obtain an exchange after the same item was increased in price from a previous sale. I NEVER plan on purchasing anything from this company again. As far as the Nike outlet, I was returning my 4-year old daughter's sneakers that obtained a whole after only one week. Although they allowed for a refund, I was told that the "running" type sneakers that I purchased are not meant for play. I'm not really sure why a little girl would wear a pair of sneakers and not be allowed to play in them....that comment made absolutely no sense! Nike you just lost a customer from a mother of 4!
