I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with Tanger Outlets regarding their recent handling of a business eviction. As a loyal customer and supporter, I was appalled by the lack of transparency, professionalism, and compassion shown throughout this process. The business in question was a valued part of the community--one that provided excellent service and built strong relationships with its customers. The abrupt eviction, with little to no communication or explanation to patrons, was not only poorly managed but also deeply disrespectful to both the business owner and the loyal clientele who supported them. Tanger Outlets has a responsibility to foster a supportive environment for its tenants, especially those who contribute positively to the shopping experience. Instead, this situation has left a sour taste and raised serious concerns about how Tanger treats the very businesses that help drive its success. I urge Tanger Outlets to reflect on how this was handled and to take meaningful steps to ensure that future actions are carried out with greater integrity, empathy, and accountability. Until then, I will be reconsidering my support for this shopping center and encouraging others to do the same. read more

My family "discovered" Tanger Outlets in Tilton, NH when we came up to explore the area a few years ago when my husband received a job offer nearby. We decided to check them out on our way home and every one of us left with a new "treasure"! Since we moved to the Lakes Region, it is our go-to shopping site. We've had guests from as close as Vermont, to as far as from Europe, and they ALL love shopping there! Ample parking and no sales tax are a bonus. Having lived in NY state where I would travel for almost 2 hours to get to an outlet mall just to be disappointed with the prices, Tanger Outlets are a dream come true. I actually avoid going there if I don't need anything because I KNOW I'll find something I love at a price I just can't pass up! I most recently went with a friend just to "walk around". Neither one of us planned to buy anything. Well, that didn't happen! Good luck NOT finding a great deal on something that catches your eye! And the one-time $10 fee I spent to become a Tanger Club member a few years ago - probably the best $10 I ever spent! read more

I have always loved coming to the Tanger Outlet stores but I do have an issue with their Skechers store. Two months ago I went in there with my husband. I had the coupon book from the Tanger office. When I went to check out the associate told me that they do not accept those coupons. I asked why as it was a coupon for their store. I was told they do not participate. I went back there again yesterday. The store was to open at 0900 AM. An associate came to the door and stated they have an order that came in and they would not be opening for 45 minutes. I called the office and was told that they have to open at 0900 AM it was the outlet policy. The person from the management office told us to stand outside that someone would be at the door to let us in. No one ever came so we left. This should not be a reflection on Tanger Outlets because there are many fine stores there but buyer beware of the Skechers store. read more

Not that Tanger will read this or probably even care. But everyone needs to know what a bunch of greedy money grabbing fools run this place. I have found out a local fitness center is being kicked out out of the mall to accomodate a bigger Franchise, who insisted they had to go for them to move in. How insecure are they that that cant put up with some healthy competition? Its all about the mighty dollar with this place. This is the second shop owner I know that this happened to and it is just not right, Well shame on them, I hope All Fitness finds a much better space and once they have gone I wont shop in this place again. Just makes me sick that being a good tenant is enough anymore. read more

I find my shopping experience at Tanger Outlet - Tilton to be hit or miss. I visit a few times a year and I am always curious as to whether or not new stores have been added. The outlet mall has plenty of parking, clean restrooms and customer service office. You can pick up discount books if you have AAA or AARP. The discount booklets offer some decent savings. Good for getting some fresh air and a little bit of exercise. I am glad the outlet has designated a couple of non smoking areas. Often I am bothered by having to put up with the stench of cigarette smoke while walking around. As far as stores go there is a good variety with something for everybody. read more

We never miss the Tilton Outlets when we come to New Hampshire. The parking is great, bathrooms at both parts of the mall, and clean, too! I was able to do birthday shopping for four kiddies 5 and under at Ralph Lauren and The Children's Place at excellent savings and a Coach bag and wallet for Spring at a hugely reduced price. My daughter did great at Coach, Ralph Lauren for her husband, and then hit it big at Pac-Sun, Rue 21, and American Eagle for my teenage Granddaughter. Great prices and selection and the sales people are very helpful in every store I saw. read more

This was a great shopping experience. Stopped at Customer Service first to pick up my tote bag which was my first reward in the Tanger Club. Also got my free coupon book. Shopped at Gymboree who was having a wonderful sale. I also stopped in Footwear Warehouse which has tons of new styles. Didn't have time to shop further but am fortunate to live close and can shop there frequently. All the employees of the stores are friendly and helpful and the merchandise in all the stores is trendy and reasonably priced. Love these outlet stores! read more

Went to Eddie Bauer and Underarmor. Both stores had great prices for the merchandise I purchased and the clerks were very helpful, kind, respectful, and efficient. Then I went to the Sercive Dept. and asked for a coupon book. I showed my AARP card and the clerk was very polite and gave me the booklet. I'm so glad Tanger has the Art Gallery. What a beautiful place for our local artists. I have purchased art work there, also. read more

I stopped in to the Customer Service Center to get the latest Tanger Club Rewards coupon book. Storm was the customer service rep behind the counter and she was terrific. Told me about the new app, how to load receipts directly onto the app, and that there was a $10 gift card deal. She was so friendly and helpful. read more

Tanger Outlets should be ashamed. Evicting a small, local NH business that's been there nearly 8 years - and stuck it out through COVID - just to make room for another soulless national chain? Disgusting. It's all about greed. The owners clearly don't care about this community. I won't spend another cent here. read more

The mall looks great with all the flowers and new landscaing they did this spring. It looks nice around the holidays with all the lights. The different shopping options are great for every age group. I like how their are stores for younger people because the outlite prices are right in everyone price range. read more

Tanger has decided to evict a long term most 8 year gym tenant All In Fitness at the request of a franchised virtual trainer style gym. Great way to support your local business partners, especially those who remained loyal during COVID!! read more

Tanger Outlets Tilton is my go to for shopping. Close to home for me. I have my few favorite stores which I usually always find something and great sales are always going on. Looking forward to Five Guys Burgers coming. read more
