I made nail appointments here and received no confirmation (even though their website said the…read moreowner would get back to me). I tried to call to confirm before I drove all the way there, but there was no answer. I left a message, but received no call back. When we got there, the lady at the front desk said her sister must not have looked at the schedule because she wasn't in the building and asked if we could come back the next hour. Kind of annoyed, we agreed. While we were running errands to kill time, I got a call (I guess from the lady who 'wasn't there') asking where I was and if I was coming in for my appointment. When I explained what happened, she sounded confused and said we couldn't have our appointments at the same time if we came later. Maybe they're good at what they do, but we ended up cancelling the whole thing.. I don't think the owners even talk to each other. Worst communication I've ever experienced from a business.

I cannot say enough great things about the ladies at this salon. So accommodating, friendly and attentive. I'm from out of town, most of the year, and was recommended here by a friend. Complicated color but wanted to try. Not once did Anna or the owner complain, or act like they could not figure it out. After several patient tries, they were able to accomplish what I was afraid to attempt with someone else! They were wonderful and so sweet. Their time was so greatly appreciated and I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area!

The BIG 60 So I told the Honsey he's like a fine classic car now..But like all cars he needs a tune up!! So I surprised him with a morning couples massage!! Perfect since today was rainy with a cold front coming through. I found this jewel through YELP and once again was not disappointed. As soon as we walked in we were treated kindly and the spa was beautiful. They started us out with champagne for me and a mimosa for my Honsey. Then they brought a beautiful tray of tiny cakes, rich chocolate and sweet strawberries!! We were in livwith them before we even had our massage. We did a hour couples massage and it was heavenly. I think the table was the most comfortable one I've been on and both my husband and I agreed that our massages were great and relaxing!! We didn't want it to end!! I would definitely recommend them.
