Sager gave her options for her hair color and hair type, it was a very personalized and professional process. Sager was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. So I started searching online for another. Came across the Cutting Room and I decided to make an appointment. Julie cut my hair and did a fantastic job. I am so happy I found her. She is experienced, professional and very friendly. She listens and cuts to your desire. Her price was pleasantly surprising. I am happy to say I know where to get a good cut now. I went in for a trim. I have very short hair and needed the ends cleaned up a bit. I always use…read moregel and lots of hairspray on my hair because it's board straight, and I live in a very windy area. For the first time in all my years, I was not asked if I wanted a shampoo when I got there. I thought it very strange, especially since I could tell she was having a bit of a problem with cutting it with so much product still in my hair. She wet it down, cut it, but didn't blow dry it. I was ok with that since it was only damp, but then I had to ask for hairspray since she just wet my whole head, and I needed to go grocery shopping right after. She gave me the can so I could do it myself. All that said, I feel like this experience was a bit strange. My hair cut was ok, and I feel like the price was fair, but I didn't really get a good vibe from the hair stylist. She was not very personable; she was nice enough, sure, but I won't be asking for her to cut my hair again if I go back. There are other hair salons here in Cody and in nearby towns so I will probably try those.
